I’m SO pleased Steph is going to be part of this day.

Steph is the founder of The VitaliShe Tribe, an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist and Holistic Wellness Practitioner, helping women reconnect with their bodies, confidence and wellbeing... and she is also a complete powerhouse of love and vibrate energy with a real passion for her work.

The VitaliShe Tribe brings together wellbeing, mindset, movement, mindfulness, hormonal awareness, self-care and personal growth, creating a space for women to reconnect with themselves and step back into their power.

And I think that fits beautifully into a day all about self-trust.

Finally Did It!!! So happy, and proud and still haven't taken it in after I've had a mental week away training..... It's only just beginning, and I still can't believe I did it! I have a degree 😳🎓 its been a crazy 4 years, but I've loved it @jingmassage by @scelitemassage
