Happy Anniversary to standing up to my abuse!!

I’m beyond proud of myself for all the hard work I’ve done in therapy these past couple years with EMDR, and for becoming an advocate for myself and setting boundaries!!

Extremely thankful to still be here on earth because I would have missed out on so many joyful moments of life! I’ve been blessed with so many amazing friends and a loving family who created safe places for me to heal!
