For this creation by Chef @stam_halfmike , we developed two custom stencils inspired by the iconic skyline of Kastellorizo harbour.
We truly admire the way Chef Stamatis combines technical precision with emotion, Greek identity and personal memories transforming a dish into a story.

At @meliafinedining , Chef @vasilis.kranias brings together modern technique, precision and a deep respect for Greek ingredients and the culinary identity of the Ionian Islands.

His highly technical approach to gastronomy is reflected in every detail from the ingredients he chooses to the final composition of each plate.

For these creations, two of our tools became part of the process: the Orbis Mold and a Tuile Mold, each used in a completely different way to give shape, texture and structure to the final dishes.

Seeing our molds interpreted through the hands of chefs with such a clear culinary identity is exactly what inspires us to keep developing professional tools for modern gastronomy.
