Yogurt — Walnut — Honey

A flavor deeply rooted in Greek tradition.
Strained yogurt, walnut and honey are reinterpreted through a contemporary approach, expressed through texture, shape and presentation.

A yogurt panna cotta with candied walnuts, crisp edible paper and hydromel, designed as a reference to the familiar traditional clay yogurt pot found throughout Greece.
