I just wanna show off these photos because I’ve never been photographed like this… and I feel beautiful✨

@christinajoyh had a goal to make every woman at the Annual Moab Women’s Gathering feel like a goddess - mission accomplished!

This whole event made me want to find more opportunities to empower others 😊 All the love to Christina and all the women at the gathering for the best few days in the desert 🌵🫶 by @scooby_zu_

March in Poland! I hung out with my grandparents and ate a lot of soup and bread and pickles and then spent the rest of my time walking around so I could work up an appetite to eat more😌

It’s always so special to come back to see my family. Listening to the stories from my grandparents’ lives and remembering all the memories I made here over the years. Walks by the pier, sitting in my grandma’s garden, playing cards with my grandpa, drinking my grandmas cherry liquor. Big fan of the grandma lifestyle. And they’re getting into their 90’s! What a privilege it was to be with them. Cheers to family and nostalgia and slow living.

I spent February learning yoga in India🇮🇳

Sparknotes of things I loved:
#1 top of the list: Cows. Petting them everyday and feeding them banana peels and flowers.
-Street doggies but specifically Peanut, Cashew, and Almond who hung on the steps of the Yoga Shala.
-Our yoga teachers: Because they taught us so much and I’ll always be remember them as an integral part of my path in yoga. Plus every single one embodied their subject- which is so cool.
-The way that Rishikesh locals talk about and offer blessings to the river Ganga. People recognize the river’s spirit, it’s influence on their lives :)
-Mantra chanting: I loved singing together everyday and getting centered before each practice. Mantra= Mind liberation
-Haggling lol. I think I was getting a lot better at it just as I was leaving
-Everyone I met at the Yoga Shala: You’re all good eggs.
-Chai.

Everyday me and Vela go for a walk in the fields and the woods behind the house, and it’s become my favorite form of meditation. To show up for someone daily and walk together, in all kinds of weather, has been bringing me some real peace.

To my friends back in Mass it may have seemed like I fell off of the face of this planet this summer- but i was OUT HERE- working in Yosemite as a backpacking guide and then hitting the road with @jonathan.redford and exploring a bunch more.

I swear every time I open this app to post something it feels like a journal that I havent written in for months and I get overwhelmed and want to write a whole monologue about how special life has been and all these realizations ive had and all the cute lil moments that happened etc etc. but whatever just TRUST I had a wonderful summer filled with lots of growth and you should ask me about it if you ever see me in person because I will deliver a long and passionate speech about how outdoor ed is the best ever and how life is a total trip and how I am finally in acceptance mode that I have no idea where I am going whatsoever but thats actually really fun. If you ask me what I’m doing next, dont, because im working on it lol. #domlife by @scooby_zu_

Colorado highlights:
1. The mountains ❤️
2. My lovely friends (gnarly skiers!)
3. @funkyoumusic played there and we danced HARD
4. The bus between Crested Butte and Denver was full of weirdos with fun stories and the driver stopped for coffee breaks 🫶
