Is It a Dream or a Goal?

A dream is something you wish for. A goal is something you decide to work toward.
The difference?
ACTION.
A dream says, “Someday, I want to…A goal says, “I’m going to figure out how.”

Dreams give you vision. Goals give you direction. And consistent action is what moves you from where you are to where you want to be.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to start.

Break it down. Make a plan. Take the first step. Keep going, even when progress feels slow.

Stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect circumstances, or the perfect version of yourself.

Your dream deserves a plan. Your goal deserves your commitment. And YOU deserve to see what’s possible when you don’t give up on yourself.

EVERY GREAT RODEO HAS A STORY… AND I’M HERE TO TELL IT

The dirt.
The dust.

The sound of the gate swinging open and a cowboy giving it everything he’s got for eight seconds.

That’s more than a rodeo. That’s a way of life.

And for me, there’s nothing better than standing behind the microphone, feeling the energy in the arena, and helping turn those moments into memories that last a lifetime.

But this journey is about more than just calling the action. It’s about getting better every time I step behind the mic. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, learning from every performance, and helping rodeos create an experience that keeps fans coming back for more.

I believe a great announcer doesn’t just tell you what’s happening in the arena… he makes you FEEL like you’re part of it.

It’s OK to be successful. Give yourself permission.

You prayed for change… and now you got it.
But here’s the part nobody tells you: change is hard.

Sometimes God answers your prayer by moving you out of what’s comfortable and into what requires faith. The old season was familiar. The new season may feel uncertain. You may even wonder if you heard God right.
But don’t mistake uncomfortable for wrong.
