Welcome to my page! 👋🏾 Allow me to introduce myself — I’m Ty, a Charlotte-based fitness creator documenting my journey to getting and staying fit. 💪🏾 Here, I’ll be sharing my progress, workouts, setbacks, wins, and everything in between — while connecting with others on their own fitness journeys. As a recovering athlete, getting back to circuits like this has taken patience, consistency, and a whole lot of work. I suffered a tibial plateau fracture in my left knee and chose to rehab it without surgery. It’s been a process, but I’m grateful for every stride I’ve made to get back to this point. Sometimes we take the ability to move our bodies for granted. I definitely don’t anymore. Being able to move is a blessing. So I’m going to make the most of it. 🏃🏾‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️ This is just the beginning.
