If you go into Deco, be ready to do your deco stops. Make sure how to read your computer. I see this all the time, divers have no F.. idea what deco means and how to approach it. Then they get DCS (decompression sickness) and are really fuc…!! Last “dance”.. of course before the next one.. (probably in a weeks time.. ). in the middle of the ocean, about 6-7 mi off the coast and “no bottom… really deep!. Great viz today at Gordo Banks. Saw the hammers at the deeper Gordo Banks and had to do a deco dive to be able to see the hammers.. had a few, but only caught one well in my camera.. they were at 140 ft deep. Then on this site, first time “seeing” the bottom. Previous times for me had been with bad viz. great team with the scuba Manta team, my go to dive shop in Cabo San Lucas. Enjoyed the dives in Cabo, Cabo Pulmo and Gordo banks. Jesus (Chui) our guide made life easy for us; Eduardo, Consta also guiding. Tried my best to come closer.. at 130 ft deep, low light and not able to zoom in with my AcePro2.. best I could do. But with these extremely warm waters.
