Ironman training is hard—mentally, physically, and sometimes emotionally. But rides like this remind us why we keep showing up. It’s not just about the miles or the numbers—it’s about the people who show up with you. The ones who make the long rides feel lighter, the quiet roads feel alive, and the grind feel like purpose.
Grateful for this crew. Grateful for days like this.

❤️‍🔥🌺Kona 2026🌋❤️‍🔥
Another World Championship in the books. Together.
We’ve been waiting 4 years to claim our slots and race Kona once again. Together.
As expected, the island didn’t disappoint—offering up a tough, brutal, yet undeniably beautiful race!
So happy we could be here and get properly beat up once again!
Huge thanks to our coach, @pawel_janiak, who bravely guides us through this triathlon adventure of ours. We hope we’re still giving you a bit of a thrill ;)
A big thank you to our amazing Team - Rōka Standard Racing, and to all of our sponsors, especially Rōka Multisport, Trek (Mark Andrews), and Enve!

And just like that, we both have a Kona medal. ❤️🌺

All those early alarms, training after work, and figuring it out together brought Joanna and me here. Pretty special to end the day like this.

Thank you to our coach @pawel_janiak, the Rōka crew, our friends and family, and everyone who cheered us on. So glad we got to share this with you.

No more days to count. Just a lot to be grateful for. We will come back next year for more …
