London Marathon 2024 COMPLETED!
What a day! Incredible atmosphere, people supporting all the way from the starting line till the end, absolutely fantastic,
My time was 4.39, happy and not, because till km 27 was running amazingly well and suddenly the cramps started and that slowed me down greatly but you know what, i enjoy every second, had the chance to talk with so many runners and that’s all about.
Thank you so much to @morethanwordscharity for the amazing opportunity to run THE BEST MARATHON IN THE WORLD!
Thank you so much for all the messages and support i got today, meant a lot and helped wonderfully.
Now it’s time to go home and hug my girls, miss them so much!

And after one week off for me … boom!
25.5 km and over 300+ with @nicholasdennis150 , lovely run in a awful weather, lots of rain, wind and mud.
Today we run with the @outventure_us for the first time so the review is coming soon.

Ops… my @garminuk did it again! 🤬
After 14.5 km from Whitfield to St. Margaret’s Bay we ( me and @nicholasdennis150 decided to stop for a coffee before to head back to Dover through the White Cliffs so i paused my run and without any notice my watch finished the activity 🤬 . Nothing to do about it but really annoying!
Started to run back and finish our run at Dover Town.
Total: 22.5km and 540+ , not bad!
BLOODY GARMIN!
