Tacos 7,8/20 | We ate at Quintonil. It was one of the top 3 meals of my life. Rated #7 in the world and highest in North America, it’s a very special place where you’re cared for by an army of passionate foodies. The taco on the cover page is the most delicious I’ve ever eaten. Braised oxtail covered in the lightest and most delicious and nuanced mole on a handmade blue corn tortilla with flowers and some kind of perfect acid to brighten it up. Rating 9.5 - I may never eat a more delicious taco in my life until I return. There was also another taco I had to assemble with a perfectly cooked piece of sea bass that had grasshoppers on top and several curious and adventurous toppings. But one of them was a creamy thing that tasted too much like barnyard for me. Rating 7.2 - I blame the guy who assembled it. We are having a wonderful time. Off to the pyramids. taken in QUINTONIL by @seanweidson

Great News! Independent lab testing results are back. Our golf balls, when tested with a swing robot that can match the launch characteristics of junior golfers, perform better for juniors than comparable “Pro” balls designed for adults. We mimicked two conditions: 1) a better, older player with 85 MPH club head speed and near perfect launch conditions. 2) a newer, younger golfer with 75 MPH club head speed and less than perfect launch conditions. It worked! Our balls fly further and spin just as much as the “Pro” balls. And above that, we actually found that the softer ball for younger players performed better for them than the ball designed for the older, better players. This is a game changer. We cannot wait until our new batch of samples arrive so we can send more for junior testing. We also know now that our balls will arrive in the spring. Just in time for the grass to be green. #golfballs #golfkids #kidsgolf #juniorgolf #kidgolfer #practicemakesprogress #golfswing #golfstagram #golfkid #golflife #golfinglife #golf #pgajuniorleague

Wonderful and healthy journey to New Mexico. I caught big fish, hiked big miles, and celebrated the wellness progress I’ve made this year. I’ve been working hard every day to make it possible to enjoy living actively outdoors for the next 40 years and the last two weeks have shown me that I’m on the right track and I will never go back. taken in Pecos, New Mexico by @seanweidson

What an epic day on the Pecos. I went to a secret piece of water and caught a MONSTER! 24 inches and fat as a pig. I’ve been fishing this river and these waters for 40 years. Never, ever hooked a beast like this. Enjoy these shots - it was gone in an instant. #pecoswilderness #santafenewmexico #flyfishing #troutonthefly taken in Pecos, New Mexico by @seanweidson

I’m visiting Albuquerque for the first time in decades. Yet, when I get that smell, it just reminds me of home. IYKYK taken in Albuquerque Downtown Growers' Market by @seanweidson

We survived! Five days and four nights of backpacking in the wilderness outside Yellowstone National Park. We took in breathtaking views, summited 10,000-foot mountains, and had some pretty average food. I've done longer and tougher hikes, but this trip was something special - the combination of natural beauty, wilderness, and camaraderie. God is good. Thanks to @tje.tx for joining me on this adventure. Love you. taken in Yellowstone High Adventure Outpost by @seanweidson
