KUNA 3 THANK YOU!!

I am so incredibly honored to have been elected as Secretary General. I am beyond grateful that you guys have entrusted me with this role, and I am looking forward to serving.

To my fellow PO candidates, I am so proud of each and every one of us who stood tall and advocated for our beliefs. WE are what’s going to change the world one step at a time.

And to my predecessor @secgengarcia , you are the greatest role model I could ask for. You exemplify the Y core values and showed me what it’s really like to lead. I can’t thank you enough for giving me so much advice and encouraging me to keep going every single day. These are some big shoes to fill.

AND SHOUTOUT TO DA GOAT @hxnnaii MY CAMPAIGN MANAGER AND BEST FRIEND.

KUNA DAY 2!!!!

I am so incredibly honored to have gotten past the primaries ( even if my name was last to get called and I was shaking waiting to find out)

Today, I had an amazing time debating and discussing political issues within the UN. I listened to so many amazing bills and met so many amazing young leaders. (Silent disco was ofc fun too 😉)

I can’t wait to relay my final speech tomorrow… remember when voting

KUNA 3 WE’RE ONLY 1 DAY AWAY!!!

In honor of Kuna finally being so close I’d like to share my passion project that I’ve been working on for the past couple of weeks. I partnered with @bisou_org to help reduce inequalities and improve unequal access to hygiene all around Louisville.

Unequal access to basic hygiene products is a real social inequality. Many people , especially low-income families and marginalized communities, cannot always afford items like soap, toothpaste, deodorant, or menstrual products. When people lack these essentials, it can affect their health and opportunities.

By organizing this drive I was able to help my community and raise awareness about this issue.

I can’t wait to meet each and everyone of you tomorrow!!

Remember…

Anddddddd…

In honor of one of my platforms being Gender Equality it only felt right to post about this day to celebrate all women and the strong impact they’ve made on society.

Equality across all genders is so important to me and I’m so glad we have a day dedicated to commemorating all women, past and present. by @secgenjj

This past weekend I had the opportunity of taking pictures for the KUNA 3 po team which was such an amazing experience! To be able to connect with people who share the same passion as me and to shoot their PO pictures is very special and I’m so glad I got the chance to do this!

T-minus 12 days until KUNA 🥳🥳
