5 years after my last competition I wanted to really challenge myself and compete in NPC which is, in my opinion the ultimate BB federation - the Olympia is the pinnacle of bodybuilding and the NPC is about the highest standard of athletes. @kerrysexton_ifbbpro and I started working on my plan over a year ago and yesterday was my first dance at IFBB. Super happy with how we’ve moulded my physique into bikini, even though I only got onto the stage around midnight, I feel I brought the best I could with the circumstances ( I’m usually asleep for 9:30pm 😩😂) a 3rd placing on my first time competing at this federation is more than I could’ve hoped for. 3 weeks for the next one and I couldn’t be more excited. 55 and proud of it 💖 (oh and Bets watched me compete too 🥹🥹🥹) by @secondspringcoaching_uk
