Massive well done to @gem_xly for such a successful year competing, Gemma won 6 first place trophy’s this year & 1 third place taking home an @fmcofficialevent pro card & a @world_ultimate_physiques pro card..

She has such an amazing work ethic & is always so very positive, it was a hard prep at times but it was so very worth it!

I’m so proud of you gem - @kerrysexton_ifbbpro xx by @teamkerrysexton

I am really looking forward to the next 5 months of improving with @alicetobin_pro .. she has already been in an improvement phase for 10 months which takes time true dedication to commit to a long off-season, time has flown by however & alice has made some fantastic gains in this time.. the next 5 months are looking very exciting as we take things to the next level, I’m looking forward to seeing Alice’s next look that she will bring to the stage 💕✨

This was the first time working with @mikaelafit_ & this is what we achieved in 11 weeks

Mikeala made it to 1 just one week out from her first ever show with @2brospro_events - since then we have slowly reversed up calories & dropped expenditure - rest is key right now & being flexible with offplan meals & macro tracking has been vital to give Mikaela the mental rest away from strict structure

She will be heading into a prep when we are given the go ahead for shows

Well done girl. My self & the team are proud of you xx by @teamkerrysexton

It’s not all show prep! Online life style client @missleahcamilla smashed her holiday prep, we maintained a flexible life style, this one loves a party at the weekend & is very social which is fine.. we made sure we had great communication & made adjustments through the week to accommodate, we made it work, consistency is everything & well.. you can see how much she was able to achieve with hard work 👌 by @teamkerrysexton

One year of hard work makes all the difference, @gem_xly joined the team after her first show.. we worked closely together through an improvement phase (the offseason is where the magic happens) to absolutely smash her first showing & it’s safe to say we did exactly that & finished with a 3rd with @pca_official & a 1st with @fmu_hull & a 2nd in the fitness model category to! Big things coming for this one @teamkerrysexton x by @teamkerrysexton

@chloebusby_ took 4th place in her first ever show with the @ukdfba - we are now getting ready for the next show after a short phase of increased calories to regain some strength. Chloe’s motivation is high right now & she’s hungry for that top spot - keep your eyes peeled ❤️ by @teamkerrysexton

First year working with @law.25 .. Laura joined me from 3 weeks out from her first show, we made some amazing progress in this time & finished her season with a 3rd in @pureelitecomp & a 4th with @pca_official - safe to say with the time we had the work went in, the condition came & she absolutely crushed it 🔥❤️ by @teamkerrysexton
