Cape Town stunt performers and actors working in action 🎬 How well can you use the environment when the choreography calls for it?

SASA presents Applied Parkour for Stunt Performance, hosted by SEAL Action Lab’s Kenji Murapa and Lesedi Motseke.

We’ll explore how to connect parkour with fight choreography and staged tactical sequences, making movement choices that serve your character and the scene. Then you’ll put it into practice by building a short action sequence with fellow performers.

This workshop is aimed at performers with an existing movement foundation. Come ready to train and collaborate.

📅 Sunday, 13 September | 12:00–16:00
