September Moments ✨️

It was a month that consisted of a little bit of everything!

A new haircut, went to a beautiful wedding. ✂️🥂
Training, boxing, an insanely fun parkour workshop, a fight practise, and the opportunity to appear on the Expresso show with awesome people. 💥
Learning how to make fresh pasta. 🍝 My eldest sister and nieces visiting, the time spent with family, and slow days at home. ❤️

COUPLES THERAPY 👊🏻❤️💥

Sometimes talking it out just isn’t enough… 😂

Timing. Trust. Reactions. Controlled chaos.
Because nothing says “healthy communication” quite like a perfectly timed punch. 👊💥
