Good is the enemy of great...even if this comes at a cost.

Social media can be good. I like to think I inspire or do my best to profess Christ and healthily living for people that follow me.

I also know that there is not a lot of good in social media.

When I set an example to take control of health and fitness I can't pick and choose which areas I believe people should examine, give up or take a break from.

Even if this comes at a cost to what I've tried to build, it's the right thing!

See you in the new year! 🤘🏼🤘🏼⚔️ by @see_matt_move

The Bakersfield Marathon is a race I intend to run every year until I can't! The entire event is first class. From the local vendors, race volunteers, neighborhood aid stations and the community of Central Valley runners it's sure to bring out!!

This race is brutal at times, nostalgic and historical in its tour of the city we love!!

Hope to see you all out there this year!

This is the game... give you the cancer. Then pull heart strings to get you to buy their product as they donate to the cancer they caused. George Orwell play book.

"In practice nobody cares whether work is useful or useless, productive or parasitic; the sole thing demanded is that it shall be profitable."

George Orwell (Down and Out in Paris and London)

Everyone wants the view, nobody wants the climb!! 🏔️

Or maybe what they want most is an excuse to never start the climb in the first place.

What privilege it is to have men capable of both love and violence and the self control to know how to use both...I refuse to accept the premise that teaching necessary violence and self control is anything but the most morally and mutually beneficial thing for all of society. Keep your boys feral, teach them love, teach them violence in the face of evil and a world that will tell them they are toxic. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼😤😤

I didn't cherry pick these clips the first one is my kid getting absolutely slammed. That's the best thing for him to learn from. Resiliency.
