Hi, Iโ€™m Samantha. And no, Iโ€™m not your typical wellness girl. ๐Ÿ’œ
Former LA DJ. Felon. Addict in recovery. Single mom to a wild child. And for 20+ years, the woman other women come to when theyโ€™ve tried everything and still donโ€™t feel like themselves.
If youโ€™re 30+ and:โ€จโœ”๏ธ Your labs are โ€œnormal,โ€ but you donโ€™t feel normalโ€จโœ”๏ธ Youโ€™re bloated no matter what you eatโ€จโœ”๏ธ Youโ€™re exhausted even after 8 hoursโ€จโœ”๏ธ The cleaner you eat and the harder you work out, the worse you feel
โ€ฆitโ€™s not your willpower. Itโ€™s your terrain.
As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, I donโ€™t guess, I test. Gut, hormones, adrenals, blood sugar, nervous system. Then we build a protocol made for YOUR body, using tools like pโ‚ฌptidโ‚ฌs and bioregulators when they fit.
Healing isnโ€™t fast and it isnโ€™t linear. But it works if you donโ€™t quit in the messy middle.

Swipe through to meet me, see how the SeeFitLiving Method works, and see what the healing timeline really looks like. ๐Ÿ‘‰

The first Iโ€™m checking into rehab. The secondย ย Iโ€™m in prison. The thirdย ย Iโ€™m exactly who I was always meant to become.

I didnโ€™t choose to be a drug addict. I didnโ€™t wake up one day and think, this sounds like a great life plan.

It crept in. And when youโ€™re always high, your moral compass doesnโ€™t just point the wrong way it disappears entirely. The choices I made, the things I did, the person I was none of that came from who I really was. It came from someone who couldnโ€™t see straight.

But hereโ€™s what I know now:

Our past does not define us.

What defines us is what we DO with it.

Every hard experience hands you two paths. Two doors. You can let it break youย ย let it become your identity, your excuse, your ceiling. Or you can let it build you let it become your fuel, your empathy, your edge.

I chose the second door.

And Iโ€™m not going to pretend it was easy or that I found it quickly. But the version of me that has lived through the worst is also the version of me that refuses to waste it.

I work with people every day who are fighting battles youโ€™d never see on the outside. I understand what it means to be in your own way. To feel like your body and your mind are working against you. To wonder if youโ€™ll ever feel like yourself again.

Iโ€™m here to tell youย ย you can. And you will.

Your story isnโ€™t over. The hardest chapters are often the ones that shape the most powerful people.

You always have a choice. Always.

๐Ÿ’™ Save this if you needed it today. Share it with someone who does.

Your body has been sending you signals for years. The bloating after every meal. The fatigue that sleep doesn't fix. The weight that won't budge no matter how "clean" you eat. Those aren't random. They're data points. And nobody is reading them. ๐Ÿงช
ใ…ค
Here's what a real deep dive usually uncovers:
ใ…ค
1๏ธโƒฃ Gut infections hiding behind "normal" labs. Parasites, bacterial overgrowth, candida. Standard GI panels miss these all the time. Functional stool testing tells a completely different story.
ใ…ค
2๏ธโƒฃ Food sensitivities you created yourself. Years of eating the same "healthy" foods on a damaged gut lining cause your immune system to start reacting to them. That daily oatmeal or those eggs you eat every morning could be fueling your inflammation.
ใ…ค
3๏ธโƒฃ Hormones running on fumes. Estrogen dominance, tanked progesterone, sluggish thyroid, burnt-out adrenals. These don't show up on the basic panel your doctor orders. And they're connected to every symptom on your list.
ใ…ค
The supplement industry makes billions selling you band-aids for problems that haven't been identified yet. You don't need another protocol off a template. You need a practitioner who looks at YOUR labs, listens to YOUR story, and builds a plan around YOUR body.
ใ…ค
That's exactly what a clarity call is. 45 minutes. Free. No sales pitch. Just answers.

โ€œYour hormones are normal,โ€ from one blood test on a random day of your cycle.

๐Ÿงช Hereโ€™s the problem. In perimenopause, estrogen doesnโ€™t gently decline. It can be high one week and low the next, and the pattern changes month to month.

A single blood test is one snapshot of a moving target. Progesterone is even trickier. Itโ€™s only meaningful about a week after you ovulate.

Thatโ€™s why youโ€™ll hear โ€œtest on day 21.โ€ But day 21 only works if your cycle is 28 days. If your cycle is 24 days, day 21 might be the day before your period. Thatโ€™s also why medical guidelines say perimenopause in women over 45 is usually diagnosed by symptoms and cycle changes, not by one lab result. The hormones swing too much for a single test to settle it. So what actually helps?

๐Ÿ“ฑ Track first: 2โ€“3 months of cycle length, symptoms, sleep and mood. This is data. I am using the MIRA to track which is such an amazing device I wish I had it years ago.
@hellomiracare use the code seefitliving for a discount
โฐ Time progesterone: about 7 days after ovulation, based on YOUR cycle
๐Ÿ” Test more than once when something doesnโ€™t add up

๐Ÿงช Look at patterns and metabolism, not just one level. Thatโ€™s where a test like the DUTCH is useful.

๐Ÿฆ‹ Test the look-alikes: thyroid, ferritin, blood sugar Your labs arenโ€™t lying on purpose. Theyโ€™re just badly timed.

โฐ Comment TIMING and Iโ€™ll send you my hormone testing timing guide, with when to test what based on your actual cycle. #progesterone #perimenopause by @seefitliving

Tired of hearing about p e p s but have NO idea where to start? This oneโ€™s for you. ๐Ÿงฌ
Theyโ€™re everywhere right now, and so is the confusion. What are they actually doing in your body? Which ones make sense for women? And why do some people get amazing results while others feel nothing?
Iโ€™m hosting a FREE online NOV 5th at 12cst P e p s 101 and weโ€™re looking at all of it through a womanโ€™s lens: our hormones, our life stages, our goals.
Hereโ€™s what weโ€™ll cover:
๐Ÿงฌ P e p a vs. bioregulators: the main categories + how they work
๐Ÿ”ฅ Inflammation + injury recovery
โš–๏ธ G L Ps, weight + metabolism (and why theyโ€™re not a stand-alone fix)
โšก Mitochondria + real energy
๐Ÿ’ช Growth hormone support for women 40+
๐Ÿง  Brain fog, focus + memory
๐ŸŒฑ The terrain: why your gut, hormones + inflammation decide how well ANY p e p works

This is for you if youโ€™re in perimenopause or beyond, stuck with stubborn weight, low energy, slow recovery, or brain fog, or youโ€™ve โ€œtried it allโ€ and want a smarter, root-cause approach.

30 years on thyroid meds. My labs have been normal for 4 months without them. ๐Ÿฆ‹
I didnโ€™t just quit. I fixed what was driving my thyroid in the first place.

Hereโ€™s what I did:

Pulled out all root canals in the past 4 years โ€”- then number 4 and 5 really are what made the magic happen

1. Diet: Real food only, nothing processed. I focused on foods rich in iodine and selenium, the raw materials your thyroid needs to make hormone.
2. Cortisol: My free cortisol was high, and it was hitting my thyroid. Stress hormones affect how thyroid hormone gets converted and used. Getting cortisol in line was a big piece.
3. Gut: I cleared my infections and dialed in my gut healing. A large share of thyroid hormone conversion depends on a healthy gut.
4. Bioregulators: Iโ€™ve used thyroid, adrenal, and liver bioregulators for the past 10 months.
5. Mitochondria/sleep/ nervous system work with a healer I supported my energy at the cellular level with pโ‚ฌptidโ‚ฌs.
Your thyroid doesnโ€™t work in a vacuum. Fix the terrain, and the gland can follow.

โš ๏ธ Please donโ€™t stop your meds on your own. I did this with labs and monitoring every step of the way. Talk to your provider first.
Comment THYROID and Iโ€™ll send you where to start. ๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Sit down and eat your protein FIRST

Eating in the car, standing at the counter, or picking off your kidโ€™s plate keeps you in โ€œgo mode.โ€ Sitting down shifts you into rest-and-digest, so your body actually makes the stomach acid and enzymes it needs to break down your food.

Hereโ€™s why it matters for your blood sugar:
Protein slows how fast your stomach empties, so carbs hit your bloodstream gradually instead of all at once

Studies show eating protein and veggies before carbs can cut the post-meal blood sugar spike by about a third ๐Ÿง

Protein triggers your natural fullness hormones (yes, including G ! P-1), so you feel satisfied sooner

Smaller spike = smaller crash, which means fewer 3pm cravings, less โ€œhangry,โ€ and less fat storage Same plate. Same food.

Just a different order. If youโ€™re 30+, this matters even more. As estrogen drops, we become less insulin sensitive, and blood sugar swings hit harder.

So tonight: sit down, eat your protein first, and then go for the rest. ๐Ÿ’› #bloodsugar by @seefitliving

Look at the outer edge of your eyebrows. Is the tail thinner than it used to be? ๐Ÿ‘€ Thereโ€™s a name for this in medicine: thinning of the outer third of the eyebrow has been linked to low thyroid for over a century.

Why? Thyroid hormone helps drive your hair growth cycle. When it runs low, hair can grow slower and shed more your scalp, your body, and yes, your brows. Now the honest part: by itself, thin brows are not a diagnosis. Over-plucking (hi, early 2000s), aging, eczema, and alopecia can all do it. But if it shows up with a pattern, itโ€™s worth a look:
๐Ÿฅถ cold hands and feet
๐Ÿ˜ด exhaustion that sleep doesnโ€™t fix
๐Ÿงด dry skin
๐Ÿ’‡โ€โ™€๏ธ hair shedding
๐Ÿšฝ constipation
โš–๏ธ weight that wonโ€™t move
๐Ÿง  brain fog Thatโ€™s when I want a full thyroid panel, not just TSH: free T4, free T3, and thyroid antibodies (TPO and TG). Antibodies can show up years before TSH moves. Brow serum canโ€™t fix a thyroid problem. A lab can find one. ๐Ÿงช Comment thyroid and Iโ€™ll send you my low-thyroid symptom checklist plus the full panel to ask for. Now go look in the mirror and tell me what you found. ๐Ÿ‘‡ #FunctionalFans #thyroid #hypothyroidism by @seefitliving

You have one life. Take care of it. ๐Ÿซ€
Most doctors wonโ€™t screen for stroke or heart disease risk until you already have symptoms.

But for 80% of people who had a stroke, the stroke was the first symptom.
Thatโ€™s exactly the kind of โ€œwait and seeโ€ approach I donโ€™t love. Iโ€™d rather know.

Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m a fan of Life Line Screeningโ€™s OneLife membership. Itโ€™s an annual membership that includes:
โœ”๏ธ Stroke and heart disease risk screening
โœ”๏ธ Bone density testing (hi, perimenopause
โœ”๏ธ Cortisol testing

Itโ€™s quick, painless, and non-invasive. No insurance or referral needed. And up to 80% of strokes may be preventable when the risk is known ahead of time.
OneLife is $186. Use my code OTseefit15 for $15 off.
