POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Year one runs on adrenaline. Year two is when the real business starts.
The studios that last aren’t the ones with the fanciest space or the biggest launch. They’re the ones that build community. They partner with other local practitioners, refer out, and treat the studio down the street as a collaborator, not a threat.
That’s why I’m so passionate about bringing St. Louis wellness pros and business owners together. When we lift each other up, we all stay open.
Owners, what’s been your biggest year-two lesson? Drop it below 👇

See you at the next meeting Nov 30th
Tag a studio owner who needs this.

I am delighted to announce that the Sober is Sexy calendar is returning for 2027.

That’s right, after three long years, we’re back! And this time it’s bigger than ever 🔥

I’m absolutely thrilled to announce the lineup of the Sober is Sexy 2027 calendar, and it is full of absolute star-studded cast of sober icons.

The calendar was created for two reasons:
1) to raise funds and awareness for the wonderful @alcoholchangeuk
2) to showcase to the world that sobriety is not boring in the slightest, and how fun, and amazing it can be

And the 2027 edition I have no doubts will do both of those things fabulously well.

I will keep you all updated on when the calendar goes live, but in the meantime, please give some love and a follow to this amazing group of brave, and beautiful sober legends. I hope you’re all excited for the return, and you can’t wait to get your hands on the new calendar!

And a bonus point to anyone who can guess the artwork I’ve done a ridiculous parody of this time round

Episode 3 is live 🎙️

Samantha Lander has rebuilt her life more than once.

She went from DJ booths and dealing to a prison cell. She got sober, then relapsed on alcohol in 2017.

She worked as a personal trainer, then founded SeeFit Living, a telehealth practice for women who are tired of feeling exhausted, in pain, and disconnected from their own bodies.

We get into what it took to come back, what relapse taught her, and why she builds her business the way she does.

This is the part of the build that never makes the highlight reel. Link in bio!

Let’s be honest: being a wellness business owner or a clinician can feel like living on an island. We’re all fighting the same battles trying to grow our brands, keep up with the latest science, and manage the “human side” of our businesses usually in total isolation.

That ends now.
@seefitliving @livingwell.stl . This isn’t your typical “hand out a business card and leave” networking event. This is a monthly powerhouse meeting for the innovators, the clinicians, and the movers in the St. Louis health scene.

The Mission:
✅ Share the Struggles & Wins: No gatekeeping. Just real talk.
✅ Business & Health Intel: Get the strategy you need to scale.
✅ Radical Collaboration: Find your next referral partner or collab.

We are building a stronger health community in St. Louis, and we want you at the table.

That glass of wine you have every night? It might be messing with something you’re working really hard to fix. 👀

And no, I’m not just talking about the calories.

There’s a connection between your nightly drink, your hormones, gut, sleep, metabolism, and weight loss that most women aren’t thinking about.

Once you understand what’s happening, it might make you look at that evening glass a little differently…

Curious? @seefitliving and I get into in Ep347: From Wild Child to Functional Nutrition: Addiction, Alcohol, Hormones & GLPs.

👉 Comment PODCAST and I’ll send you the episode.
