An incredible morning spent in @districta_gym with some of the wonderful @wecrywerise crew. Amazing photos captured @lenohe_photos . Thank you Sharon 🙏 . We support mental health and the importance of supporting each other and talking it through. Meeting new people all time, joining this fantastic movement. Feel very blessed to have found this community, and would encourage anyone training, to check it out. It's full of very inspiring and big hearted souls. Trained back today, and had plenty of encouragement from great training partners. Big thank you to district a gym for having me. A fantastic gym full of the best equipment. Spent this afternoon with some of the gang from the @wecrywerise movement. Honestly the kindest, most generous group you could hope to train with, and spend time with. Spreading the word about the importance of talking and mental health as a whole. We trained in @westsidegymsdublin , in finglas. First time training there for me. Its a fantastic gym , so well run. Every machine and piece of equipment you could hope for. Paired with @theunshakeableviking . Took me under his wing and helped me push my limits. Even after years of training, learned new things. Thank you my friend. Such a good day was had. Met new friend's, trained with like minded people and spread the word about a great community open to all who care and want to join! #wecrywerise #healthybodyhealthymind #supportmentalhealth #goodtimeswithgoodpeople #jointhecommunity taken in Westside Gym 2.0 by @seegertime

Watching the sun rise this morning in the phoenix park with a few of the gang from the @wecrywerise community. A really cool walk and talk meet up. A really nice group full of people who like to train and support each other and the mental health cause as a whole. Walking and talking really helps on that front. So it was a really fitting meet up. Always feel very blessed to meet new people and make new friend's with such big hearts. And this community is full of heart. Its open to anyone who likes the sound of that! DM the @wecrywerise insta page and join the WhatsApp group! 🙏❤️🙌 #werisewecry #supportingmentalhealth #goodtimeswithgoodpeople taken in Phoenix Park by @seegertime

20 years ago!! In my early 20's, touring parts of America with four of my best friend's. Still friend's to this day. Holiday of a lifetime. Los Angeles , Las Vegas , Yosemite national Park , San Diego , San Francisco and California in a Ford Explorer. Think I've got them all there 🤔😂. The years fly by, but the real one's stay with you. Memories to last a lifetime! #goodfriends❤️ #memoriesforlife #timeflies #luckyguy❤️ by @seegertime

Yesterday's golf round at beaverstown golf club with my buddy Joe. Almost a year since I last hit a golf ball and it really showed. I lost a record number of balls and it took an extraordinary amount of time for two people to navigate 18 holes. But it was a hell of a lot of fun doing it regardless. Beaverstown is a beautiful course, well laid out and easy to go from one hole to the next. All the problems, where with the person holding the golf club 😂😂🤣🤣. Had pizza at Nino's in donabate afterwards. Recommend to any pizza lovers. Fresh and tastes amazing. Great day out was had! #beaverstowngolfclub #golfbuddies⛳️ #goodfriends❤️ #pizza #dublin taken in Beaverstown Golf Club by @seegertime

Front squats with @keithberneyfitness in this humid heat are much more challenging. Supersetted with gorilla rows and kettlebell push ups, even more so. 🥵🥵🥵. A real struggle to get near a hand full at 80kg during a single set!!
If your training,i strongly recommend joining the @wecrywerise community.Supports strength in unity and mental health! #wecrywerise #keithberneyfitness #frontsquat #frontsquats taken in Edenmore by @seegertime

WE CRY, WE RISE!
Some of tonight's training, but more importantly a bigger message. The t/shirt I'm wearing is in support of a wonderful new community @wecrywerise . It's a community for all athletes, bodybuilders or ordinary gym goers like myself. All levels are welcome. It supports mental health and the importance of being able to talk about how your feeling. If you would like to join this community on WhatsApp , please DM @brianconwaybodybuilding on instagram . He will add you. If you like the t/shirt im wearing, Brian is also the man to contact. It comes in different colours for men and women. Vests aswell. All profits go to mental health. There are going to be meet ups for everyone involved, a great place for support and to meet like minded individuals. Its a brilliant community!! #wecrywerise #mentalhealthmatters #communityovercompetition #itsoktotalk #strenghtinvunerability taken in Dublin, Ireland by @seegertime

@stephen.wilson.jr at Trinity college. The opportunity to catch one of the finest song writers in the world today. A brilliant lyricist. Who can make a guitar sing. Anyone who appreciates good music, should listen to his album "Son of Dad". It's a modern masterpiece.Beautiful songs with real feel. I got goosebumps watching him live last night. He played a wonderful set list. Hope he comes back soon. He is someone I would deem unmissable. He had great support from @sorcha.richardson . First time seeing her live. Some great songs. A great night of live music! #stephenwilsonjr #sorcharichardson #sonofdad #trinitycollege #gig by @seegertime
