Your circle matters more than you think.

Surround yourself with people who want to see you become everything God created you to be.

People who challenge you to think bigger, dream bigger, and stop playing small.

People who pray for you when life gets hard, celebrate you when life gets good, and remind you of your strength when you forget it yourself.

The right people won’t be intimidated by your ambition. They won’t make you feel guilty for wanting more out of life. And they certainly won’t ask you to shrink so they can feel comfortable.

They’ll pull up a chair, make room at the table, and cheer you on while they’re building something beautiful of their own.

And here’s the important part.

Be that woman for someone else.

Celebrate her wins. Speak life into her dreams. Open doors when you can. Share what you’ve learned. Remind her that there’s room for both of you to succeed.

Because the most beautiful thing about success isn’t just what you build.

It’s who you become and who you bring along the way.

Choose your circle with intention. And be someone worth having in theirs.

There comes a point in success where being able to handle everything is no longer impressive. It’s expensive.

In the beginning, saying yes can change your life.

Yes gets you into rooms.
Yes introduces you to people.
Yes gives you experience.
Yes creates opportunities you couldn’t have planned for.

So you become really good at saying yes.

And if you’re ambitious, capable and driven, you also become really good at figuring it out.

You can squeeze in the meeting.
Take on the project.
Answer the call.
Solve the problem.
Make the decision.
Help the person.
Carry one more thing.

And because you CAN, you do.

That works for a while.

Until you realize your life is full of things you’re perfectly capable of doing that you probably shouldn’t be doing anymore.

That’s a different stage of success.

Now the question isn’t:

Can I handle this?

Of course you can.

The better question is:

What will saying yes to this cost me?

Because an hour isn’t always an hour.

It can cost you preparation beforehand, recovery afterward, interrupted focus, another decision added to an already full brain and the opportunity you couldn’t say yes to because you gave that time away somewhere else.

And that’s when your definition of productivity has to change.

You stop measuring yourself by how much you can carry.

You start paying attention to what actually deserves access to you.

Your attention has value.

Your energy has value.

Your ability to think clearly has value.

Your time has value.

Your access has value.

And as your life and success grow, all five become more expensive.

There is a version of ambition that says:

Look how much I can do.

But there is another level that says:

Look how intentional I’ve become about what I do at all.

That’s the level I’m interested in.

Because eventually growth isn’t about finding a way to fit more into your calendar.

It’s about becoming disciplined enough to stop giving your life to things that don’t belong in it.

Your yes is expensive.

Price it accordingly.

Be the woman who stopped accepting the bare minimum.

The woman who realized that settling doesn’t make life easier. It only makes regret louder.

Be the one who says no to what’s comfortable if it means saying yes to what’s possible.

The one who knows her value isn’t determined by who chooses her.

Because she chose herself first.

Not in a selfish way.

In a brave way.

In the kind of way that says:

I will not abandon my dreams.

I will not shrink to fit places I’ve outgrown.

I will not apologize for wanting more.

The truth is…

Your future isn’t waiting for a different version of you.

It’s waiting for the moment you decide to become her.

And when you do…

Everything changes. EVERYTHING!

More isn’t always the answer. Sometimes the next level comes from deciding what gets less of you.

Less attention on things you can’t control.
Less access for people who drain your energy.
Less time spent consuming what everyone else is doing.
Less saying yes because you could.

And more focus on the things that are actually building something.

Your business.
Your money.
Your relationships.
Your health.
Your ideas.
Your life outside of work.

You don’t need to be everywhere to build something extraordinary.

You need to know what deserves your attention…and have the discipline to protect it.

More focus.
Less distraction.
A bigger life.

There’s something about this time of year that makes you want to slow down, take it all in, and appreciate the life happening around you.

The holidays are coming. The year is winding down. The calendar is filling up with moments you don’t want to miss.

And yet, there’s still work to be done.

Promises you made to yourself in January.

Goals you said mattered.

Things you started that deserve to be finished.

And I think there’s something incredibly powerful about being the kind of woman who follows through.

Not because someone is watching.

Not because you have something to prove.

But because your word to yourself should mean something.

You don’t need to abandon your ambition to enjoy this season.

You can work hard and be present.

You can finish strong and make beautiful memories.

You can chase the things you want while being deeply grateful for everything you already have.

That’s the balance I’m choosing for the final two months of this year.

More intention. Less distraction.

More gratitude. Less rushing through life.

More follow-through. Fewer unfinished promises.

And more time appreciating the life I’ve worked so hard to build.

November isn’t the beginning of slowing down on your dreams. It’s the beginning of finishing what you said you would.

And enjoying every beautiful moment along the way. 🩷

Hello, November. 🩷

A new month. A new season. Another opportunity to see what God has in store.

My prayer for November is simple.

May we find gratitude in what we already have while continuing to believe in everything that’s still possible.

May we experience growth in the places we’ve been praying for change.

May the right doors open, the right people find their way into our lives, and the things that aren’t meant for us gently fall away.

May we have more moments that remind us how beautiful this life really is.

And above all, may we recognize God’s hand in the ordinary days just as much as the extraordinary ones. 🙏

There are only two months left in this year, and I have absolutely no intention of wishing them away.

There is still so much life to live, so much good to do, and so much to be thankful for.

Here’s to a November filled with gratitude, growth, answered prayers, and God’s favor.

I believe beautiful things are ahead. ✨

👻🎃 let’s go Friday!!

#fridayvibes #happyfriday #sucessdriven #growthmindset #liveyourbestlife by @seekingyourjourney

I don’t want to build a business that only looks successful from the outside. I want bigger opportunities because I’m ready to do something with them.

Higher standards because what got me here isn’t enough for where I’m going.

And greater freedom because the goal was never to build something that owns all of my time.

Grow the business.

Raise the standard.

Build a life you actually get to enjoy.

Everybody loves the results. Not everybody understands what it took to create them.

They see the growth, the opportunities, the business, the success.

What they don’t see are the early mornings when nobody else is awake. The decisions that carry real weight. The numbers you study. The strategies you build. The risks you calculate. The things you sacrifice today because you believe in what you’re building tomorrow.

And here’s the thing.

I don’t need everyone to understand the work. I need the work to keep working.

Success isn’t an accident. It’s the result of showing up with intention, making smart decisions, staying disciplined, and being willing to do what most people never see.

And somewhere along the way, you realize you’re not just building a business.

You’re building a life that looks a whole lot like the one you used to dream about.

And that makes every early morning worth it.

There comes a point when growth starts costing you familiarity.

You think differently.
You move differently.
You stop entertaining things you once tolerated.
Your standards change.
Your priorities change.
Your conversations change.
The way you spend your time changes.

And suddenly, the version of you that made everyone else comfortable doesn’t exist anymore.

Some people will celebrate that.

Some will question it.

Some will swear you’ve changed.

And that’s okay.

You were supposed to.

You’re not here to spend your entire life being recognizable to people who only knew an earlier version of you.

You’re allowed to outgrow expectations.
You’re allowed to become more selective.
You’re allowed to want bigger things.
You’re allowed to build a life that requires a completely different version of you.

Growth will introduce you to people who understand who you’re becoming.

But first, it may require you to stop trying to be understood by everyone who remembers who you were.

#growthmindset #liveyourbestlife #focusonyourself #findyourtribe #successdriven by @seekingyourjourney

There is a version of success that eventually becomes too small for you.

Not because you aren’t grateful for what you’ve built.

Because you’ve changed.

You’ve seen what you’re capable of.
You’ve survived things that should have slowed you down.
You’ve made the hard calls, carried the responsibility, created the income, led the people and figured things out when there wasn’t a roadmap.

And somewhere along the way, your standards changed.

The conversations that used to excite you don’t anymore.
The rooms you once wanted into don’t feel big enough.
The goals you once dreamed about became your normal.

That’s not arrogance.

That’s growth.

There is nothing wrong with wanting a bigger life after you’ve worked this hard to create one.

More freedom.
More ownership.
More impact.
More wealth.
More meaningful relationships.
More mornings where you actually have time to enjoy what you’ve built.

And most importantly…

More of YOU in your own life.

You don’t have to shrink your vision to make other people comfortable with your ambition.

You’re allowed to want the next chapter to be wildly different from the last one.

You’ve already proven you can build success.

Now build the life that makes all of that success worth it.

There’s a difference between having a full calendar and building a full life.

And I think the more successful you become, the more important it is to understand that difference.

You can spend an entire week being busy and never move the needle on what actually matters.

You can say yes to every opportunity and still miss the ones that could change everything.

You can work harder than everyone around you and still avoid the decisions that would take you somewhere new.

That’s why this week isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing what matters.

Having the conversation.
Making the decision.
Protecting the time.
Taking the risk.
Following through on what you said you wanted.

And leaving room for the life you’re working so hard to create.

Because success should give you more than a list of accomplishments.

It should give you a life you’re grateful to wake up to.

More intention. Bigger moves. Stronger boundaries.

And enough faith to trust that God can open doors you haven’t even imagined yet.

Hello Monday. There’s a lot of life to live and a lot of good work to do.
