Women entrepreneurs come to me at the forks in their life. That moment when they know they want more from their business so they need to become more themselves to achieve it.

My coaching style is Sacred & Strategic™ This means we start with the sacred. You lead the way as your intuition guides you and shows you where you’re meant to be this next chapter. Then we find the strategy to support you on the path so you get there with what I call Profitable Simplicity™.

As mothers caretakers, wives, leaders etc etc we need to make more while carrying less. The simpler the business the easier to grow it.

My clients are driven, dedicated and thriving. They’re at the threshold of their next chapter, their next level, and they don’t wanna cross it alone. Not because they can’t. My clients are perfectly capable. But because they know they deserve the support and they know working with someone like me- with business mastery and an extensive toolbox - will get them where they wanna go faster.

My calendar is open for new 1:1 clients. If you’re at a threshold, at a fork and want to be witnessed, supported, (and occasionally kindly kicked in the butt) DM me your goals to see if we’re a good fit.

There’s a loud version of the AI conversation right now. Buy the agent. Download the prompts. Do more.

I’m not here for that.

I’m the coach who tells you to simplify, so let me tell you why I’m all in on AI anyway.

AI isn’t just for engineers. If you can send an email, you can master AI. And when it’s built around how your business works, it doesn’t add to your plate. It takes things off.

For my team and I, it’s been an average of 20 hours of research every week that neither my team nor I do anymore. Those hours go to clients, to more profitable work, and to my family.

You already taught yourself sales, content and lead generation. This is the tool that pulls all of it together.

MBG26 is special because of the incredible women who bring their stories, wisdom, and energy into the room.

Thank you, @effortlesstouchmiami, for being one of those women and for sharing this experience with our community.

Your presence helped make the day even more meaningful, and we’re so grateful you were part of it.

This org chart changed my business. It increased my profit margins, cut the time I spend working in my business, and it's how I work only about three days a week as a mom of two.

Me at the top, my human team under me, and my AI team under us, by department.

In leadership, I have a job description builder for when I'm hiring and an employee evaluator. In marketing, I have a content optimizer that goes through the strongest things I've said all week and creates content from my podcast and voice notes.

My assistant spends less time on copy and paste work and more time supervising the AI. She’s now focused on doing the tasks that grow revenue.

And no, you don't have to be techy to build this. Here's where to start.

1. Look at the one task you or your assistant repeat over and over, the same steps with just a different client name.
2. Write out exactly how that task needs to happen.
3. Give it to Claude and ask it to create a repeatable skill for it.

You can do this for every repeatable task in your business.

And when you’re ready to integrate repeatable skills, business knowledge and automation into one command center for your business - no heavy tech required- comment BRAIN and I’ll send you the link for AI Companywide by @seizinghappy

When you’re ready to weave AI into your business so it actually makes you more productive and profitable, let me know and I’ll send you the link to join AI Companywide.

When you train AI on your knowledge, your expertise, your methodologies and your data, it starts thinking from inside your business instead.

That’s maximum use of AI and I teach you exactly how, live, in AI Companywide. by @seizinghappy

Failure is not an option. I’m not any stronger than you or anyone other woman on her path to greatness.

But when I’m asked, “how do you keep going?” Despite setbacks, through everything life puts in my way, all I have it “failure is not an option”.

My definition of failure isn’t trying and falling on my face. That’s just LIFE. Failing - to me- is giving up on the dream.

I won’t stop because if this dream is in my heart is cause it’s possible for me, cause it’s already mine.

Your dreams are possible for you too. Align yourself with the vision and be entirely devoted- every day- to seeing it trough without excuses; without accepting any other final outcome than your dreams coming true.

This is the energy in which I live and the energy I bring to my clients and coaching sessions.

My calendar is open for 3 new 1:1 clients. I help capacity-capped women coaches making $15k–$30k/month build a simple AI Command Center, so they can stop running the business from memory, scattered chats, and morning admin fog, and get back to leading, selling, and growing.

If that’s you, DM me the wild dream you’re working on. Let’s get to it.

The decision you keep “sleeping on” has been awake longer than you have.

You’ve given it the pros and cons list, the long walk, the call with the friend who always has an opinion. And it’s still sitting there, taking up the space you need for your clients, your family, your life.

Here’s what I see over and over in coaching. Most booked-solid women aren’t stuck on the decision. They’re stuck on what it might ask of them, who it might disappoint, and who they’d have to become to make it.

More opinions won’t move that, and the right question usually will.

That’s what The Coaching Room is for. Two hours, live on Zoom, where you bring the messy version of the question and I coach you through it, in a room full of Legacy Makers carrying their own version of the same weight.

Bring one question. Leave with a new perspective.

The best conversations are the ones that stay with us long after the event is over. ✨

Thank you, @annettesanchezlaw, for sharing your expertise, your perspective, and your time with the women of MBG26.

Having voices like yours in the room is part of what makes this community so valuable. We’re so grateful you joined us. by @seizinghappy

Your offers, your process, the way you make decisions, where every file lives. If all of that only exists in your head, every question routes back to you, your team waits on you, and AI can't help with any of it either.

Sit with that one this weekend, and notice how much of your business only lives with you.

Then come back and tell me. by @seizinghappy

This is how I find all my content.

All week I’m coaching my clients, recording my podcast and showing up in the Coaching Room, and that’s where my mic drops, my insights and the questions that keep coming up live. So I built an AI agent that goes through my voice notes, my podcast and my 1:1 sessions and pulls only my mic drops to turn into reels and blog posts, without sharing any of my clients’ private information.

If you jumped on the AI train early, you probably have folders all over your computer with prompts and other downloads from webinars and people’s email lists. Chances are you’re not actually utilizing any of it.

What makes my agent work is a business brain, where all of my business knowledge, my frameworks and my processes live in one place, so the output sounds human and thinks like you instead of sounding like AI slop.

So tell me. What’s the task or tasks you ACTUALLY need to stop doing in your business? by @seizinghappy

Knowledge becomes even more powerful when it’s shared.

Thank you, @yajairamorell_theconnector, for taking the MBG26 stage and pouring your knowledge, experience, and perspective into our community.

We’re grateful for the value you shared with the women in the room and for helping make MBG26 a space for learning, connection, and growth.

Women can't afford to miss out on this opportunity to build more wealth. Sticking our head in the sand doesn't change anything. Learning is what give us a voice in the changes.

I hope to see you inside AI Companywide.
