As someone who has helped people from all over the world in their heartbreak for the last 5 years I will say this… you will be okay. This experience is some of the most painful, scary, heart wrenching moments in a humans life but.. it’s also the most transformational. Cosmic. Magical. A reminder that you have a soul that needs to be nurtured and loved. To face yourself in the depths of misery to come out knowing more of yourself is what defines ourselves in what life is all about.
