Iโ€™ve been putting off making this post in part because I donโ€™t want to fully admit itโ€™s over - but I had the absolute joy of putting on my very first ever exhibition just this past March! Swipe for a little peek into the night! The evening went so much better than I couldโ€™ve even hoped and looking back at a few of these pictures is making me so wistful, ah! I can only imagine what my younger self would be thinking now - growing up I didnโ€™t even really let myself wish to become an artist, so getting this far and hitting this huge personal milestone is pretty overwhelming. Even more so because Iโ€™m so aware of how this achievement is not only a testament to the work and passion Iโ€™ve been putting into my work, but itโ€™s also a loud display of how loved and supported I am. This exhibition wouldnโ€™t have been possible without the support of so many forces moving in my favour, and I am so grateful to be held by community like this.ย  @artistally.fund thank you for believing in my work enough to fund this entire exhibition! @selftransforming thank you for freezing these precious memories in time for me with your gorgeous photography throughout the entire night @elipse.catering thank you for the incredible spread of vegan deliciousness @queerasfuck.pt thank you for recognising my value when I had just started working here in Lisbon, your friendship and solidarity has meant so much to me @ilgaportugal thank you not only for exhibiting my work and hosting this wonderful event, but for the entire past year of working together! It has been a dream! @ale.atorio.ink - thank you for manning the stall all night so I could just enjoy the launch event (and for planning the celebration dinner)! And a special thank you to my wonderful sister who flew across an ocean to be there, and my family who called in! Iโ€™ll be posting a few more pictures and videos about the day and doing lots of reminiscing, as well as hopefully sharing more details on all the paintings themselves soon (because I still havenโ€™t shared those online yet)!ย  #LisbonArtist #PortugalArtist #LisbonArtExhibition #ArtExhibition #PaintingExhibition Artist Art Painting Lisbon Lisboa ILGA Acrylic Abstract hash, a brown non-binary artist stands in front of one of their paintings at their art exhibition by @selftransforming

"At The Backdoor" HAS FINALLY BEEN RELEASED!!! (and the music video too) โ˜Ž I can't express how happy I am that this project has finally been released. There were many trials and errors before I got to where the song is now, even when I was fed up, I still finished it, and it was worth it all. This song was hidden from the world for 3 YEARS man, but the time has finally come :) I experienced so many new things with this project, did my first photoshoot, music video, and worked with incredible people throughout the whole process. All this wouldn't be possible without the financial help from @cascaisjovem , thank you so much!! A special thanks to @tiotigito @_.zunno._ @joaosfgomes @selftransforming @barbatanasm @pedro_m_g_moreira @miguelangelo.oficial @lost_s.o.s as well, for helping and supporting me and this project โค๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ธ @_.zunno._ by @selftransforming

As this world and it's narratives drags us to divide and fight one another while surviving the global crisis done for profit of the elites, we must get ready to delve into metamorphosis or face extinction. No gold, comfort or dominator ideology is worth the daily and ever present rejection of our deepest intuition, one that's speaks beyond language into the emotions of the present being. One that feels rooted into the fractal understanding that we are more than individual celestials bodies spinning around eachother in competition for attention, but that we too are art part of the many hearts, eyes and branches of the tree of life, of a living consciousness universe in quest to understand itself. One that must come to realize that autonomy, sustainability and community are the answer to ever cycle of infinite reincarnation and alchemical transformation. That what we shared deepest is the silent omnipresent unknown that surrounds us all. And even tho Culture is not your friend, nature loves courage... Happy Birthday to the universe, may we all rise beyond our generational trauma and transcend the dominator ego, into the fractal gardens of our shared imagination. It's so very strange to be alive it times were both the past and future, were apocalypse and utopia , dance so close together. Sometimes it hard just to wake up, to embody the cosmos and all it's weight. But through the many multiverse we can feel the waves the singularity of autonomy, sustainability and community ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒˆ . . . #love #instagood #photooftheday #fashion #beautiful #happy #cute #tbt #like4like #followme #picoftheday #follow #trippy #selfie #funny #art #instadaily #fire #trans #nature #painting #fun #style #acrylicpainting #psychedelic #instalike #animalart #psychedelicart #cow #radioactive taken in HYPERSPACE by @selftransforming
