Join us every Thursday from 9:00-10:30 AM for SUP yoga in the pool at @selina.thailand.

Enjoy stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere while you have fun😍. Suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis (try the challenging poses only if you feel ready). It’s completely safe, with stable and secured SUPs. After practice, you’ll feel a surge of strength and power—like you can do anything!
Limited to just 3 spots per session, so be sure to pre-register via #LINK IN BIO.

And yes, anything you can do on a yoga mat, you can do on the water with a little practice and faith in yourself. See you there!

💫 What is Sound Healing? 💫

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice using sound vibrations to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 🎶 Instruments like singing bowls create specific frequencies that align with energy centers (chakras) in the body, promoting deep relaxation and harmony. 🧘‍♀️✨

Want to experience it? @Selina.thailand regularly hosts sound healing experiences to help you find your inner peace. 🌿🔮

A twenty minute ferry ride from Cancun will land you on Isla Mujeres. A little island in the Caribbean Sea where everyone drives around in golf buggy’s.
A place to slow right down and let your troubles
float away 🫧
You will find @selina on absolute beach front with good vibes and all the fun island activities.
We found it easiest just to walk around the island. Hopping between the beaches and filling up on smoothies on the walk. I highly recommend checking both the island and Selina out on your next trip to the area. 🏝️

🌴🎉 El video lo dice todo pero… #Mancora superó mis expectativas! ✨

It's good to be back in another @selina and this one didn't disappoint either. Set on a tropical island in Mexico the days were spent hanging around some of the bluest water I've ever swam in and the nights looking for mama turtles making they journey up the beach to lay eggs. And yes we got lucky with that too.
