What a joy and privilege to turn 47 😻 The Sun gave me a spectacular sunrise as my daughter sang & hugged me. Often I can feel a bit blue on Solar Returns [it's common to do that]; but today I rose with a newfound lightness in my Heart that reflects just how much I've said YES to myself and my Fullness the past months {& years}

I've started the day basking in the Morning light, drinking Cacao, walking barefoot, bleeding a bit in the grass (it's the first day of my Bleed) ~ picked some herbs for drying, put on a Bone & Vegetable broth, did some finishing up on my newest batch of facial Rose Oil

I've given a Session ~ because I love my work. Worked a bit in my garden, and taken an outside shower even if it's just 4 degrees 💚💦

A while ago I decided that I don't really do "special days" anymore based on the Calendar. I like to make every day a Special day 🪷

Because expectations tend to take away the magic: yet I also aknowledge that special intention is beautiful ~ when we can let go of it needed to look exactly that way

EVERY new year since turning 39 has been a MASSIVE upgrade; on ALL LEVELS

I think in some ways when things are hard now; they are harder. But the hard days are rare, and even then there is a trust inside of me

I am glad I'm not younger to be honest, as the maturity and wisdom now gained is what gives everyday this richness. There is this interesting mix of humbleness [how little do I know] and Trust [I know so much more than I think]

So my advice for the younger ones, is that Life keeps getting better. And a lot of the things you think you know now? In a few years you will probably look back at yourself think "ahhh...."

I hope and KNOW that in the future I keep looking back at myself thinking "ahhhh"...

Because thats the only way really, to use hindsight ~ to compare in a positive and loving way

Our past is partly what shapes us; but we get to decide how to yield it ❤️‍🔥

I've always been WILD AT HEART ~ it's both what gives me the biggest HEARTBREAK; and what gives me the PASSION to continue to transform & transcend

I see the same around me, in the one's who refuses to have their Spirit be broken ~ who dares to believe and reach for something beyond what they are told they are supposed to be

Daring to challenge the Family dynamics, saying no to teachers and "spiritual leaders", using their voice to stand up for what they believe in and by that saying this culture isn't healthy: and I believe this is better

❤️‍🔥being part of the transformation

This can look and feel like being broken though; when aren't like everyone else

When aren't just "following the rules"
When stand out; are different in some kind of way

It is this exact "brokedness" that guide you to where YOU ARE UNIQUE ; where your passion & Heart has the most depth & "purpose"

["Purpose" because it isn't technically something outside of yourself]

When the Soul keeps coming online and whispers about remembering who you TRULY are; and the WHY you came here to BE

[Your true purpose is to be, express and explore being you]

All my Life I've had this Gift of seeing beyond: this keeps leading me into "trouble" when I challenge the status quo..

Because most have a very strong System bias; resisting any kind of change automatically; not even feeling in on if the change can be a good thing. Simply dismissing because it is different (new = dangerous)

This seeing beyond is what I call when a person connects to their INTUITION; to their individual guiding system; navigating in tune with the Soul and the bigger picture

To trust one's Intution is to move BEYOND the rational mind [the highly conditioned linear thinking machine]. It is to unlock a higher Mind

Please do not exclude the ego & rational mind; because something magical happens when these becomes tools you yield

Body AND Mind
Intuition AND Logic
Human AND Soul
Soul AND Spirit
The unseen AND the seen

I just want IT ALL ~ the FULLNESS of Life, of myself, of this experience

I guide those who seek the same; those who are ready to truly see themselves ~ shadows being revealed, identify transcended
