Warmly welcome to a descent into your body and Self - we will explore, play and challenge your edges - all with the intention for you to become intimately aware; of what are your limits, standards and needs? Where do you feel yourself slipping into people pleasing, avoidance or freeze?

Marte can best be described as raw, authentic, passionate and deeply present as a facilitator. She holds an embodied space leading from her intuition together with her multiple trauma-informed certifications and education in somatic therapy, somatic sexology, energy-work, breathwork (and lots more). Marte loves the full spectrum of emotions, and always has the intention to navigate between expansion and safety.

We will do gentle breathwork, lymphatic massage, nervous system reset, soft meditation and somatic exploration.

Marte brings passion, presence and wisdom - she is a trauma-informed Somatic Coach and Sexologist, Spinal attunement bodyworker, Deep nervous-system reset practitioner, Parasympathetic Pleasure Breathwork facilitator and Mindfulness Meditation teacher. In her space you are welcome to feel your fullness, and hopefully feel safe and held.

Marte is certified as a Quantum Human Design specialist (all levels) and a Gene Keys guide. She holds a well of knowledge about these systems. In her sessions and work she often combines them with her with her trauma-informed somatic therapist & sexologist work; seeing how often they are a very supportive way for people to gain more self acceptance and love through them, as well as guidance in how to better navigate their energy.

We warmly welcome Marte Relling Uri to the festival. What is a festival without shadow work – the courage to meet what lives beneath the surface & allow it to become depth, power & embodied wholeness 💛

Marte works with Sensual Shadow-Work, inviting embodied awareness, self-responsibility, and union of the physical, emotional, mental, soul, and spiritual bodies. Her facilitation weaves softness and fierceness, welcoming all sensations, emotions, tension, and triggers as gateways to deeper presence.

⭐️ Self Intimacy Shadow-Work ⭐️
A somatic, trauma-informed exploration of needs, boundaries, desires, and expectations. Through individual, partner, and group practices, you are invited to notice where you soften, tighten, reach, or withdraw — and how you may override or miss your body’s signals. This workshop supports deep self-honesty, nervous system awareness, and a grounded sense of inner safety that can be integrated into everyday life.

⭐️ Self-Pleasure Workshop ⭐️
This is not masturbation. It is a slow, presence-based exploration of pleasure rooted in deep listening and respect for the body’s yes and no. Gentle genital touch may be included, only if your body truly agrees. You are guided to soften, slow down, and let sensation unfold naturally — while staying present with your own truth, even in a shared space with others.

Violation: violating others (violence, rape, abuse)

I think it's helpful to look through this lens of polarities and shadow so we can understand others actions from another level.

Much of the chaos we see in the world is the Dark Masculine, the unhealthy expression of the Dark Masculine that is.

The Dark Masculine carries a lot power, so being able to tap into the healthy expression of it is quite needed going forward.

This was a really good point by Martè from @sensualshadowwork

One has the right to feel their emotions but not the right to express/project those emotions on top of other people.

I've certainly been on the receiving end and allowed this through being too much in the light masculine (and lacking the dark) - over time that dynamic became draining and I had to step away.

The lesson I took from that is its important to consider how you handle your emotions because it can be impactful to those around you

An interesting insight about the light masculine and how it can see the bigger picture but consequently can become detached from the current moment and the depth that needs to be felt.
