Four years ago, we left our busy city life behind.
Packed up the car and our kids.
And set out on a new journey.
A simpler life. Closer to nature.
In the Sierra Nevada foothills.

It all began with an email that felt like fate.
A listing for six enchanted acres, just 15 minutes from Sequoia National Park.
Towering trees. Rare flora. A stream flowing through the land…
Something about this place called to us.

We left the kids with Grandma and followed the mountains’ call! ( Of course, we came back for the kids♡)
What we discovered left us in awe.
A hidden oasis, lush and alive, with storybook bridges and three unique vintage cabins.
Built by Samuel Pusateri, the botanist of Sequoia National Park.
Even a lonely horse came with the land, looking for a friend… more on that later!

We took a leap of faith, put our blood, sweat, and tears into making it our own, and became stewards of this magical place.
Grateful every day for the chance to care for it.
And now, we invite you to visit and experience the same magic that captured our hearts. @sequoia_stays
