A little while ago, we had the pleasure of taking part in a leadership study conducted by some students from the @haskayneschool of business!

As our quartet rehearsed, they observed how we give and take feedback, listen to one another, and how our group functions in terms of leadership during a performance.

Afterwards, we had the opportunity to sit in discussion with them to share more our music-making process, what musical leadership means for us, how we handle conflicts, and how our friendship positively impacts our music-making!

Thank you @natalie.c.champagne for having us be a part of this, and for these wonderful graphics! It was so interesting to learn about musical leadership, and gave us a lot to think about as a quartet. by @seraphina.quartet

2025-2026 Orch flutes 🥹💕

Playing alongside all of you over the last few years, watching you grow, and having your love and support as I grow has been such a privilege. I'll really miss having you onstage with me next year 🩵 by @seraphina.quartet

With the utmost honour and privilege, we were coached by Lucie Jones. This experience shaped us not only as performers, but as individuals, and we carry that with us moving forward. 💛

Practice Reflection no.28

I don’t what I did to deserve to have such an amazing group of friends. I am the luckiest person in the world. There will never be a day that goes by where I won’t let them know how much I love them.

You guys mean the world to me and my life would have never been the same if I hadn’t met you. Thank you so much, I am so grateful we get to be alive at the same time as you.
