The beauty is in the feeling of an aliveness - a pulse that never sleeps.
Beauty is more than aesthetics. There’s no such thing as arriving at a destination, that’s why there can’t be a perfection in the sense of , if I do this , the work is complete.
This simply can’t be true for biological matter.
Like fitness, with consistency, you arrive only at realizing that the workouts will never end.
This is the good news, learning to make a choice to invest your energy that gives so much more in return.
At @seremonysol , one of the most valuable gifts, is feeling the deepest peace, presence and embodied authenticity.

in a state of happiness, she is charged, radiant, for the space was provided for, an inner kingdom..
the whispers from deep within and from long ago, to echo within the chambers of the heart. The 7 sisters have been generous and out of the abundance of their love, the light 🧚🏽‍♀️ are lit with concentrated creative power.
It begins with a belief, a passionate idea for a more attractive future.

Seremony is listening to the body.

A sharp mind connected to the heart, creates a gravitational pull in which like sees like and rejects unqualified circumstances.

Exclusivity is the result of a refined relationship.

It begins acknowledging, the body is sacred 🌹 by @katahimusic

Sensuality 🌹 the state of being attuned and enjoying the physical senses.

My spiritual practice this year has been that which is, Presence is a practice.

It Comes with making space for all the sensations, fully activated with the breath, the skin and everything in between.

Some have said to me, how dare you?
I see that Jealousy comes with the territory, this path to sovereignty that is.

How threatening a human, in particular a woman, to say, I am this moment , and it’s more than my mind will ever fully comprehend.

Others may say , I want to enjoy a little more too, take care of my soul and feel the great spirit in all that lives and thrives.

You can and you will🔥

Revived deeper into an awakening.

Recovery daze 🧖🏼‍♀️

NEAR Infrared light to reduce pain and inflammation, regenerate cells and nervous system regulation. I get so sleepy but in reality I’m starting to experience relaxation 😏

Mary Magdalene oracle deck by a theologian and brilliant author, #megganwatersonoracle The cards I picked were about remembering love and integrating those gifts with gratitude. Added reverence to make it juicier 🌹

Lastly, home made beef Genovese sauce with calamarata pasta and chicken fingers. All made fresh with ingredients from #unionsquaremarket
even though most I buy may not be technically “organic” the quality far surpasses organic in the super markets. taken in NYC by @katahimusic

The path was unpredictable. Having the tools wasn’t enough; the transformation only happens when you show up in flesh and blood, fully present, ready to receive.
While a solo journey deepens our roots, life is vastly richer when shared with good people. In particular, there is a distinct, potent magic when women gather.

Here’s to a more beautiful community of women in business 🥂
Sending so much love to the women I met at this certification mini retreat in Miami last year.
And all the other women in NYC, Hawaii, Spain and worldwide, it’s been an honor to meet you. taken in Miami, Florida by @katahimusic

A Pro Mind: whether you’re a professional athlete or business guru, relentless determination requires an equally deep commitment to release, surrender.
When we clear the tension held in the face and mind, we make space for sharp intuition to inform us on what’s possible- what’s never been done before.
Doing the heavy lifting is an entry level role. Now let’s refine the energy behind it.
In person sessions available at Seremony Studio NYC until July.
Schedule a consultation if you have questions.
