The path was unpredictable. Having the tools wasn’t enough; the transformation only happens when you show up in flesh and blood, fully present, ready to receive.
While a solo journey deepens our roots, life is vastly richer when shared with good people. In particular, there is a distinct, potent magic when women gather.

Sensuality 🌹 the state of being attuned and enjoying the physical senses.

My spiritual practice this year has been that which is, Presence is a practice.

It Comes with making space for all the sensations, fully activated with the breath, the skin and everything in between.

Some have said to me, how dare you?
I see that Jealousy comes with the territory, this path to sovereignty that is.

How threatening a human, in particular a woman, to say, I am this moment , and it’s more than my mind will ever fully comprehend.

Others may say , I want to enjoy a little more too, take care of my soul and feel the great spirit in all that lives and thrives.
