🍰 3-Ingredient High-Protein Cheesecake

This might be the easiest cheesecake I’ve ever made… just 3 ingredients, unbelievably creamy, and packed with protein.

Ingredients
500g low-fat quark
4 eggs
120g sweetened condensed milk

Whisk everything together until smooth, pour into a lined spring form and bake at 160°C (320°F) for ~50 minutes, until the edges are set but the centre still has a slight wobble. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better).

Whole cheesecake
🔥 ~950 calories
💪 ~95g protein

Who would’ve thought three simple ingredients could turn into a cheesecake this good? 😮‍💨
