It’s the days when you have to do things that scare you when you have to take risks, when you have to push against challenge & difficulty, those are the days that make you stronger, faster and better overall.

The H20 games was a great test and I knew it would be,
Very grateful for the opportunity to compete against top athletes in San Diego supporting the Navy Seal Foundation.

Also I could not have asked for a stronger teammate @hyperactivebee. Winning isn’t everything but the wanting to win is 👊🏽

To the man @coachpetecollins who gave Session Box the opportunity to begin in Qatar.

I first met Pete in 2013. Crossfit Oryx in Qatar is where it all started. Pete was and still is leading the fitness scene in the Middle East.

I was very grateful to get the opportunity this past week to catch up as we now live the opposite sides of the 🌍

As I took the 2.5 hour return drive from Orlando, I left as inspired as the first day we met.

I will always be extremely grateful for Pete, who over a coffee in 2018 said “bring your group and run a class in my gym space”

Since then Session Box in a gym space has never stopped. His advice, motivation, experience & Dad role il always look up to, but maybe not the Ironman that he has just completed today in Jacksonville !!!!

But Here’s to all the people who inspire you even though they might not even know it 👊🏽 taken in Orlando, Florida by @session.box

The Box Games 2025 Testing
My goal “find the fittest Man & Woman here in the 🇧🇸”

A lot of thought goes into finding the fittest, a thought often can look good on paper but you got to keep refining things until the test is right

A huge thanks goes out to @working.bitch.face &
@_geesimone for testing a lot of my ideas until the final pieces came together.

This is a short snippet of multiple sessions but it seems fitting to post it now as the 2026 Games ideas are beginning @the_box_games_bahamas

Saturday “D2O” The Final WOD of The Box Games 2025.
In the Ladies Division it has come right down to this to see who will be crowned The winner, on the Mens side it’s a fight for 2nd 3rd & 4th.

On the female side it’s a battle of the two past champs @brittychris & @hyperactivebee.

A past games athlete @tyrellferguson mentioned before to me that “I can live with my performance on the day provided I know I put time in to prepare well”

Few can argue that preparation is key, to see athletes prep weeks in advance for this event showed that they knew it was always going to be demanding.

D2O a chemistry term for Heavy water suited well for this
Swim, squats, heavy carries, ball outs.

Swimming demands so much more from athletes, one of the main reasons I’ve programmed it each year since starting the Box Games.

The images above each tell a story of there own,
From that pre WOD start to the Finish relief.

It takes courage to sign up for the Box Games & in particular to swim, it’s a moment where athletes conquer fears and jump into the unknown

But Really we don’t know how capable we are until we push to places we have never been.
