The cowboy hats were aplenty, and so was the laughter. We are currently looking for two people to join our team and work with us to grow in our beautiful space with us. We are looking for a GM with extensive wine knowledge, Michelin level management and hospitality training, ready to leave behind all of the rigidity of fine dining and trudge a new path with us. We are also looking for a cook to work closely with me and our sous chef @quihuboleponx_ , someone who cares deeply about learning, ingredients and is consistent.
