Toast, porridge, potatoes, falafel, rice, latte, cinnamon roll, apple dessert. Nothing needs explanation at the level of what kind of food is this? But inside each familiar form, we have introduced something unexpected: kosho, kaffir lime oil, watermelon reduction, kimchi watermelon ketchup, ube, calamansi, snow fungus, cordyceps, white tea, blue spirulina.

Homecoming started simply.

At a time when we needed each other a little more, we opened the doors.

We ate together.
We sat together.
We shared sound.
We talked to people we didn’t know.

This time, every dish comes from a different member of our kitchen team… their story, their country, their heritage.

Different origins.
Different flavours.
Different hands.

Brought together at one table.

And somehow, for a few hours, it feels like home.

September brings us home.

Not only back to Dubai, but back to rhythm: familiar faces, practice, work, the garden, the table, and the small rituals that quietly hold a life together.

The Return treats Fall as a human season rather than a weather event: a movement from elsewhere toward here; from expansion toward gathering; from novelty toward what proves worth returning to.

Dubai does not give us a conventional autumn. We don’t need to pretend it suddenly became Copenhagen.

We make our own Fall.

And so, we present you with the SEVA Fall Collection: a season of workshops, events, and masterclasses created around practice, connection, learning, and the art of gathering.

Across SEVA, that means creating environments, food, practice, objects, and gatherings that feel like returning, but not going backwards.
