Anything is possible. I never doubted it.
More than the awards themselves, I’m grateful for everything they represent and for the journey that brought me here.
I have so much to be grateful for. For everything I have, everything I’ve earned, everything that left, everything I’m about to let go of, and everything new that has found its way into my life.
This year has been a year of change, growth, and transformation. I’m incredibly grateful that life allowed me to make it this far, but even more grateful that I can now see there is still so much road ahead and so much higher I can go.
Sometimes, I don’t even know how to receive these moments. But one thing I can tell you for sure: I’m getting used to it.
Not to the awards.
To becoming better.
To evolving.
To challenging myself.
To waking up every day committed to being 1% better than I was yesterday.
Because the real reward isn’t what you receive in your hands. It’s who you become along the way.
And I’m just getting started.

RUCKING FOR A PURPOSE.
Out here putting miles behind a purpose. Today we knocked out a 5 mile ruck for Suicide Awareness Month One mile at a time, one conversation at a time, reminding each other that no one has to carry the weight alone.
Big shoutout to everyone who pulled up, rucked with me, or did the ruck on their own and sent me videos. Gracias for showing love and supporting the mission.
And we’re just getting started… monthly rucks are officially a thing. Military or civilian, you’re invited.
Come walk, talk, connect, and move with purpose.
STAY BOLD. KEEP MOVING. CHECK ON YOUR PEOPLE.

This photo was taken after the 10 mile ruck march at Drill Sergeant Academy one of the final challenges and the last major gates standing between us and earning the badge.
It was more than just a ruck. It was a test of discipline, resilience, and mindset. When your body is tired, your feet hurt, and every step gets harder, that’s when the real battle begins.
Life is no different. When things get hard, we get a choice: learn and grow, or fold under the pressure.
The Army has taught me that toughness isn’t about never struggling. It’s about controlling your mind when your body is telling you to quit. Master your mindset, manage your emotions, stay in the fight and you can overcome more than you ever thought possible.

Embrace the suck. Finish the mission.

El aplauso es Pa’ mami y papi.

I’d be Puerto Rican even if I was born on the damn moon. 🇵🇷🌙
Puerto Rico National Guard watched me grow.
Florida National Guard gave me the battlefield to develop.
And now, from Florida, we’re still doing exactly what we came to this world to do:
Serve. Lead. Develop. Impact lives.
This uniform has taken me places I never imagined, but the mission has always remained the same: help people and leave a legacy worth remembering.
So now we keep moving.
No hesitation. No excuses. No looking back.
Vamos con todo y por todo. 🇵🇷🇺🇸
Because it’s never too late to chase what’s yours.
What belongs to you isn’t going to find you sitting still, it’s waiting for you to go get it.
Mission continues.
Stay bold.
Make an impact.

🇵🇷🔥🇺🇸

A complete honor to wear this badge and carry the responsibility that comes with it.

For me, becoming a Drill Sergeant is more than an accomplishment, it’s a dream I’ve been working toward since the beginning of my Army journey.

I’ve always believed that I was meant to do more than simply walk through this life. I came into this world to make an impact, to influence others, to lead, and to leave people better than I found them. Today, I get to step into a role that represents exactly that purpose.

This badge carries a legacy, a responsibility, and the trust to shape the next generation of Soldiers. I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I am proud. I am humbled. I am grateful.

The journey brought me here, but my purpose is what will carry me forward.
Drill Sergeant a title I’ve looked forward to earning, and a responsibility I will be honored to carry.

THIS WE’LL DEFEND..

There’s a new E7 on the block! 😎🔥
Honestly, I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity and for every person who has supported me, challenged me, believed in me, and helped me get here. This one definitely didn’t happen overnight.
And listen… don’t ever let anyone tell you it’s too late. If there’s something you want, go for it. Work for it. Bet on yourself. Sometimes you just have to remind yourself that what’s meant for you is already yours, you just have to show up and claim it.
They say the world belongs to those who show up… and baby, I’m here!
I know this new rank comes with a whole lot more responsibility, but I’m ready for it. I’m ready to learn, lead, grow, and give my absolute best to the Soldiers entrusted to me.
I don’t take this promotion lightly. I’m grateful, I’m humbled, and I promise to make this count.

Sorry I’ve been M.I.A. 😅 I’ve been a little busy earning this baby.
Officially badged as a Drill Sergeant.
The long days, early mornings, sweat, exhaustion, and sacrifices were all worth it. This badge represents so much more than completing a course, it represents discipline, resilience, leadership, and the responsibility to help shape the next generation of Soldiers.
