POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Like so many great stories in the running community, @sfsg.rc started with an idea shared on a long trail run. @ghanycz had an idea, and somewhere out on the trails with @brockfraze , that idea started to take shape. With the help of a few key people, So Far So Good Run Club was born.

Talk to anyone who’s run with So Far So Good and they’ll tell you the same thing: it’s people and vibes first, performance second. Sure, there are goals, training blocks, and progression along the way, but what really drives this crew is the community they’ve built and the fun they have doing it.

From creative theme runs to unforgettable community events, SFSG has created something people genuinely want to be part of. This is a crew that loves where they live, loves running together, and makes you want to move to Kamloops just to join the Sunday morning run and post coffee @logjamcoffee .

Mr. Nice Shoes, the Brockstar, Frazey…the man, the myth, the legend. You’ve been a part of this thing before this was even a thing, and we couldn’t do it without you. To the man who runs fast, comes up with the most sadistic events, is a homie to everyone and the most dedicated guy we know, Happy Birthday. Go enjoy a breakfast beer 🍻 by @sfsg.rc

To our GREGOIRE: happy, happy birthday!

Greg is our idea machine.
He workshops our dreams and reaches out to others to collab, making so many of our fun events come to life.
He is the quickest, wittiest, punniest dude we know.
A lover of denim and details, of moody ultra runners and the apparel they wear.
A lover of gravel biking with his love, Rachel, and convincing his friends to join in on the hobby too.
An emo boy at heart, he's been known to moth-tech his own SFSG tee, and all of his 'fits are always 10/10.

To the man with the megaphone, we love you.
We couldn't exist without you.

Leave your love for our man G in the comments! by @sfsg.rc
