Thank you @belletownsendky for a great conversation! I love the work of the @queerkentucky team. I am honored to be included. I am grateful for the dear friends and amazing artists who collaborated with me on the HONEST album released last year, especially genius producer @joshgoforthmusic !

Join us next Friday, June 6 for a 1st Friday BBQ & Bluegrass Pride Celebration with bluegrass artist, Sam Gleaves.🪕🏳️‍🌈

Hailing from southwest Virginia, Sam Gleaves is an Appalachian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist whose music weaves together old-time traditions and fresh, personal storytelling. His latest album, Honest, explores queer identity, love, and belonging through beautifully crafted ballads and toe-tapping string tunes. We can’t wait to welcome him to the Commonground stage next week!

As always, you can enjoy slow-smoked BBQ from Swig & Swine BBQ and cold drinks from Commonhouse. Bring your friends, your family, and let’s make this a Friday to remember as we celebrate pride. 🎻🍺
