I had a moment of reflection this morning. 🥹✨

This time last year, I was in a very dark place. Life felt heavy, and finding happiness again felt so far out of reach.
Fast forward a year, and I almost can't believe the life I'm living today. 💛

Through Sglein Seren, I found my happy again. I found my purpose, my confidence, my spark. And somehow, something that helped me find myself again has become something I'm lucky enough to call my WORK. 🥹

I'm so incredibly proud of what I've managed to build, but I know I haven't built it alone. The Sglein Seren community has played such a huge part in this journey. Every order, every message, every share, every person who has believed in me. You've helped turn something that started as a little bit of hope into something bigger than I ever imagined. 💛

And if there's one thing I wish I could tell the woman I was a year ago, it's KEEP GOING. You have absolutely no idea what's waiting for you. 🥹

So, if life feels heavy for you right now, please remember this...
Take it one day at a time. Celebrate the tiny accomplishments, even on the days when simply getting through the day feels like an achievement.

Because those little daily wins become weekly wins. Those weekly wins become monthly milestones. And slowly, without even realising it, you're building a life that once felt impossible.
And who knows? This time next year, you might look back and barely recognise the person you've become.

This women is such and inspirational soul. She sadly lost her daughter seren⭐️ and to make light she started a business named after her daughter⭐️. She’s sky rocketed and I couldn’t be prouder of her💛.

💜 SANDS 10K WALK 2026 🧡

Over 60 of us came together today for our SANDS 10K walk, and honestly, what an amazing turnout! 🥹

The weather was absolutely perfect, the company was amazing, and it was so special to see so many people come together for such an important cause.

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came along, joined us for the walk, supported us and helped make today what it was. Whether you walked, donated or simply showed your support, it means more than you know. 🫶🏼

We walk for the babies gone too soon, for the families who carry their memories every single day, and for those who understand that some little lives leave the biggest footprints. 👣🤍
