Reprinted up these four color “Faces” tees for Sgt. Splendor yesterday and made this production vid as it has lots of overlays, transparent colors and is a cool design. Catch them out Live sometime as they put on a great show and play all over the country. Art work by Misho, @thirdeyeportraits_ #sgtsplendor #printlife #howitsmade #oakland #luckymule by @sgtsplendor

Tonight is the night! 🎸 Oct 26 | SGT. SPLENDOR feat. Kate Vargas & Eric McFadden w/ Norwood Fisher, Stephen Perkins, Wally Ingram + special guests

Sgt. Splendor strips their carnivalesque alt-rock down to something raw and spellbinding: roots-noir, desert blues, and stomp-and-holler fireside tales. Kate Vargas brings the haunting, Tom Waits-esque storytelling. Eric McFadden (George Clinton, Eric Burdon) brings the Spanish-tinged fretboard fireworks. All it takes is a voice, a guitar, and a spark.

Expect songs from Death Of The Hoochie Koo and Isotopia, plus a few friends who might wander onstage. 🔥

MON 10/26: Sgt. Splendor feat. Kate Vargas & Eric McFadden 🌵

Sgt. Splendor’s carnivalesque alt-rock goes bare-bones: just voice, guitar, and a whole lot of spark. Kate Vargas spins haunting, Tom Waits-style tales, and Eric McFadden (George Clinton, Eric Burdon) fires back with flamenco-tinged fretwork. Think swampy Americana, junkyard folk, and desert blues.

Sitting in: Norwood Fisher of Fishbone and Stephen Perkins of Jane’s Addiction and Porno for Pyros, plus more special guests! 🎸

This way.. to revelry!
We're back under the big top! 4 more shows!! 🍾

Revelry isn't just the debauched pursuit of mindless, excessive and often cruel pleasures. It is supposed to be a place of art. No matter how seemingly frivolous, art can give a laugh, a light, a spark of pleasure relieves sorrow and uplifts the soul. It can tell truths and reach hearts better than dry, pedantic tomes. That's the true purpose of the Court of Revels.
