TEAM SOUL X USAW NATIONALS

Shadae went out to Pittsburgh and secured the goods! She placed 2nd in snatch, clean and jerk, and overall, at her first National meet.

Congrats on crushing it!

WEIGHTLIFTING WEDNESDAY

What’s better than crushing big weights on the platform? It’s crushing big weights that are competition PRs all while qualifying for Nationals! We want to congratulate Shadae on an amazing performance at States last weekend - we can’t wait to see you crush it at nationals.

The last time I pulled 100 kg vs. the very first time I did 🥹.

Comparison is the thief of joy. Sometimes it’s important to remind yourself how far you’ve come 🤧😮‍💨 by @shadaexjade
