WEIGHTLIFTING WEDNESDAY

What’s better than crushing big weights on the platform? It’s crushing big weights that are competition PRs all while qualifying for Nationals! We want to congratulate Shadae on an amazing performance at States last weekend - we can’t wait to see you crush it at nationals.

We are so proud of the Team! Everyone crushed it and we brought home quite a bit of hardware.

Congrats to everyone on an amazing job.

I don't care about my mood when I wake up. I care about how good I feel to have trained and primed my body to tackle the day. 💪🏽

Because if I don't get to the gym in the early mornings, I'll have too many excuses to get out of it later... Work was hard, someone pissed me off... A meeting ran long.... Pshhh. No thank you.

I'm strong, feminine, and soft, with those who deserve my energy. 🤣😘

Anyway, I remember when I started fitness and the women were so strong and inspiring. They still are. People say I'm so strong and fit. And I never give myself flowers because I always feel like I have a long way to go.

But, I've actually accomplished and experienced A LOT. so thank you for inspiring me. And if I've ever inspired/motivated you, that's honestly amazing and I'm grateful to have done that for you.

The aftermath of lunges include a strong beautiful 🍑, but also the lack of legs for two days. 😅😅😅😅 What other workouts make you feel like this??

That.
And a lil gym sesh. You'll feel better. Promise.

😅 Me during every workout. Knowing when to pull back because you're actually tired versus your brain just trying to give up on you is key.

Get a good workout in. Go eat some breakfast. You'll feel better.
