[sound on ] What do self care rituals look like for you? My own life is made up of several rituals; I have been on a lifelong quest for finding alignment in mind, body and soul. A couple of my favorite grounding practices are doing a self facial and stream of consciousness journal writing. Share your own grounding practices (aka anti anxiety practices) below - perhaps we can inspire others by sharing or can get inspired by following the comments. Wishing you all deep grounding in these trying times. by @shaffali

Our sitewide holiday sale ends December 12th — enjoy 20% off with code Ann2025. For those who don’t know me, I’m Shaffali. Shaffali Skincare was born in my 20s from a devoted yoga practice and years immersed in the spa world—where ayurveda meets aromatherapy meets ritual. For two decades I’ve lived and taught wellness, and every chapter of my life has deepened my commitment to helping others feel more aligned and empowered. I built this brand through my 20s and 30s, and later stepped into writing, something I look forward to sharing more of in the time to come. My book, “What Lights You Up? Reflections of a Modern Mystic,” emerged as a reminder that we all carry so much light within us. In it, I share stories of transformation, chakra-based practices, and guidance for creating your own sacred sadhana. Once you cultivate your light, you can be a beacon of light for your communities, big and small. My 40s, especially as a mother of two and navigating perimenopause (!!) while running a business, have been the most transformational yet. I’m held together by grace, ritual, and the practices that support deeply feeling humans—HSPs, artists, healers, women, mothers, creators. All the same practices that I outline in my book. Through it all, my intention hasn’t changed since I was 27: to offer tools, rituals, and reminders that make wellness a loving part of everyday life. Whether through our skin potions and lotions or my book, I hope my offerings support you. It’s been quite a year. If you feel called, treat yourself or someone you love to the art—and the grounding—of self-care. It truly helps. Sending love and compassion to the deepest parts of our humanity. by @shaffali

Wow. Just returned from one of the best experiences of my life. So much wisdom, affirmation, soul sparkles, deep connection, deep meditation, deep writing (facilitated by @annrandolph12 ), deep somatic connection (facilitated by @mingalilyyoga ) deep DANCE (dancing with Alanis is now a core memory, as was being led in meditation by this powerhouse woman). All enveloped in a safe space, especially facilitated by @justinhilton.spi Thank you #alanis Thank you everyone who shared in such a special, intimate collective. Continuing to process and integrate so much density and intensity of material, experience and energy. My cup is full. My heart is full. My soul is full. And for an empath this is everything. @alanis @sparkle_superstar by @shaffali
Namaste From Paradise… Can you take a moment to reflect on an area of life where you are running on automatic? Perhaps you have lost touch with your authenticity… What lights you up? What makes you, you? I know in this two month trip to Bali with both of my small children, I have been challenged and then cracked open in surrender of honoring more softness while acknowledging my naturally fierce spiritual warrior nature. I am very clear I am happiest when teaching/practicing all the mind, body, soul practices rooted in deep devotion. And that is whats next: an online portal for mind, body, skin and soul wellness. Like four classes a week with yours truly. And I cant wait. Anyone in our community who is great with tech, please reach out - I am ready to go with launching this! I hope that this contributes to your life in some way. And for those who want to come to Bali, join me in October for an empowering retreat filled with ayurvedic spa treatments and amplifying your aura, one chakra at a time ✨✨✨ Love, Light and Namaste, Shaffali ✨💕🙏 by @shaffali
Take 2min and try this brief face yoga stretch to tone and lengthen your neck. Giraffe. Compliments and reinforces neck stretches in many heart opening yoga poses such as Camel. by @shaffali

Connectedness. Healing. Illuminating. Oneness Consciousness. Awareness, attention and a call to take action to support our sisters in Iran. https://www.amnesty.org/en/petition/end-the-protest-bloodshed-in-iran/ Today’s full moon meditation came to you live from Bali, which is where I have been for the past 10 days. It is my fifth trip to a place I am so powerfully drawn to - and this land always brings on big beautiful surprises and experiences, ever since my first trip here 21 years ago (the first chapter of my book begins on that trip to Bali from so long ago). We are on our last day of my first wellness retreat here and the experience has been immense. More retreats are brewing. If you enjoy the art and power of spiritual beauty (the name of this signature retreat), journeying through the chakras and unlocking the potent energy of each, from our foundations of security, safety and abundance to our more spiritual chakras of intuition and oneness consciousness, then a future retreat is for you: we have cultivated magic here. So with all that potency I share today’s meditation with you all. Reflect Your Light from Within. May you all feel your love, light and beauty. May you spread that love and light and beauty. And currently I urge you to do that in the form of awareness and support for our sisters in Iran: https://www.amnesty.org/en/petition/end-the-protest-bloodshed-in-iran/ Namaste. by @shaffali
