When was the last time you did something for the first time? That question was part of the motivational talk I got before partaking in my first tough mudder with Mahdad and our amazing friends - what a great experience to overcome fears and reinforce the importance of collaboration. Tbh I was uncertain about if I was going to actually keep my commitment and the mental going back and forth was more stressful than anything - so happy I kept with it - an amazing reminder that we need not overthink things. Just do it and confidence grows. Congrats to everyone who made the effort to come out and get dirty! by @sparkle_superstar
Smelling flowers, being in a tropical paradise, prayer, devotion, swinging on swings and skincare rituals are some of the MANY things that LIGHT ME UP (which also help with a skin and aura GLOW). These things connect me with what makes my heart soar and feel happy. This week has been unusually challenging with a personal tragedy that I am still processing. In my upcoming book (current working title “What Lights You Up?”) I share 8 key practices to guide you to What Lights You Up. I help you connect you to your heart. The book is part guide and part memoir from times in my life I really struggled with things that are now a beautiful part of my life (love, entrepreneurship...). Because I am honest and clear with who I am (not always easy when we realize how many masks we can wear), I am able to be that way with every emotion that has been evoked by my recent experience - which I think is a blessing (not an easy one). I can then work through it, grow from it and let it go. I look forward to sharing these practices and lessons with you in my UPCOMING SPIRITUAL MEMOIR, “WHAT LIGHTS YOU UP?” (Caps are from a strong mix of nerves and excitement)- book link in bio until 4/26. 💗Love & Light, Shaffali ♥️ by @sparkle_superstar
Our sitewide holiday sale ends December 12th — enjoy 20% off with code Ann2025. For those who don’t know me, I’m Shaffali. Shaffali Skincare was born in my 20s from a devoted yoga practice and years immersed in the spa world—where ayurveda meets aromatherapy meets ritual. For two decades I’ve lived and taught wellness, and every chapter of my life has deepened my commitment to helping others feel more aligned and empowered. I built this brand through my 20s and 30s, and later stepped into writing, something I look forward to sharing more of in the time to come. My book, “What Lights You Up? Reflections of a Modern Mystic,” emerged as a reminder that we all carry so much light within us. In it, I share stories of transformation, chakra-based practices, and guidance for creating your own sacred sadhana. Once you cultivate your light, you can be a beacon of light for your communities, big and small. My 40s, especially as a mother of two and navigating perimenopause (!!) while running a business, have been the most transformational yet. I’m held together by grace, ritual, and the practices that support deeply feeling humans—HSPs, artists, healers, women, mothers, creators. All the same practices that I outline in my book. Through it all, my intention hasn’t changed since I was 27: to offer tools, rituals, and reminders that make wellness a loving part of everyday life. Whether through our skin potions and lotions or my book, I hope my offerings support you. It’s been quite a year. If you feel called, treat yourself or someone you love to the art—and the grounding—of self-care. It truly helps. Sending love and compassion to the deepest parts of our humanity. by @sparkle_superstar
Wow. Just returned from one of the best experiences of my life. So much wisdom, affirmation, soul sparkles, deep connection, deep meditation, deep writing (facilitated by @annrandolph12 ), deep somatic connection (facilitated by @mingalilyyoga ) deep DANCE (dancing with Alanis is now a core memory, as was being led in meditation by this powerhouse woman). All enveloped in a safe space, especially facilitated by @justinhilton.spi Thank you #alanis Thank you everyone who shared in such a special, intimate collective. Continuing to process and integrate so much density and intensity of material, experience and energy. My cup is full. My heart is full. My soul is full. And for an empath this is everything. @alanis @sparkle_superstar by @sparkle_superstar

As a heart led entrepreneur I find it so important to be discerning about the company I align myself - and my company - with. The community @livelovespa, the brainchild of @lisamichaelis is good company to be in - what a loving community that has been cultivated here 💕 the company by my side at last night’s 10year anniversary celebration is my favorite and I love that we recently celebrated and embraced our 5 year wedding anniversary. Here’s to many more years of being in good company and aligning with good companies. by @sparkle_superstar
It was already a good start to the day being greeted with a bouquet of roses by my hot husband and sweet son. And then I was able to capture this. Happy Valentines Mama 😍🙃✨ It just hits different, that sweet, innocent, big love. May you all connect with that sort of love today - perhaps with the child inside first and foremost. Happy Valentines Day 💕 by @sparkle_superstar
