Towards the end of 2025 I started the Movement Mastery Method, a course designed by @stefanieeby @ebyentertainment to learn something I have zero training in: dance. It has already taught me so much, not only in terms of dance, but in having patience with myself in learning something entirely new. It has been a lesson in movement, mind, and motivation. I encourage everyone to try something you’ve always wanted to try this year.
