Grateful for a remarkable journey🙏🪷❤

Some journeys are more than just learning and they become experiences that stay with you for a lifetime. This beautiful journey is one of a lifetime experience 🙏

Being in Guruji’s presence is an experience in itself. At 100 years old, Guruji's dedication to teach yoga,Guruji's discipline, observation, wisdom and sense of humour are truly memorable moments. Watching Guruji teach and share his knowledge and carry himself with such strength reminds me that yoga is not merely about the asanas , it is a way of life❣️

What touched me the most is seeing how alive the passion for yoga still is within Guruji after almost a century of life. Gurujis dedication reminds that learning never stops and that age is never a limitation when the heart remains devoted to the path.

A heartfelt thank you to Master SK Durai @skdurai and Anu Master for guiding and giving us this beautiful opportunity to experience such a remarkable journey. Kodi namaskarams master 🙏Forever grateful 🤍

Congratulations to all amazing teachers❤Truly believed that when we move with one direction, pure intentions and a shared purpose, we create moments that leave a remarkable imprint in our hearts. 🤍

Grateful and blessed to be part of this beautiful journey❤

Navarathri Special
Celebrating the Divine Shakti🪷✨

Three women, one divine energy and hearts united in devotion. ❤️

Through the strength of Tiger Pose 🐅 and the grace of Devi Asana 🌸 , we honour the power, courage, and beauty of the Divine Mother within us.

May we embody Durga’s strength, Lakshmi’s abundance, and Saraswati’s wisdom in every step of our journey. May our practice be our prayer, our movements be our offering, and our hearts remain surrendered to Amman. 🙏❤️

Wishing everyone a blessed and beautiful Navarathri🪷 May the Divine Mother shower you and your loved ones with peace, prosperity, good health and endless blessings. 🌸✨

A little reminder from my Hanuman Dand practice. 🐒🙏

Believe in the journey, even when you cannot see how far you’ve come.

Surrender the outcome.
Trust the process.
Keep doing your part.

The body gets stronger but the real practice is learning to stay patient, humble and devoted.

What is meant will unfold in its own time ❤️

A little photo dump from my Mysore and Tiruvannamalai memories🤍✨

For an introvert like me, meeting and connecting with so many beautiful souls was such a sweet surprise. 🥹🌸
Some moments made it to the camera, some stayed in the heart… and honestly, those might be the most special ones. 🫶

A Long Awaited Calling 🙏Tiruvannamalai❤

Tiruvannamalai was never just a place I wanted to visit. It was a spiritual longing that lived quietly in my heart for a very long time.
I had made many attempts to come here before, but each time, something happened and the journey did not happen.

Then, this time, during our yoga retreat, Tiruvannamalai was included in the journey. The moment I heard that we were going to Arunachala, there was a deep excitement within me almost as if a long-awaited dream was finally unfolding.

Girivalam had always been a deep wish in my heart. But somewhere along this journey, I understood that Girivalam is not simply something we decide to do. There is a calling, a grace, a time.

Every step around Arunachala felt like a prayer. The tiredness, the challenges, the emotions ,everything became part of the journey. What I thought was simply a pilgrimage became an inner journey of surrender.

Some places we travel to with our plans.
Some places we reach because we are called.

Forever grateful for this sacred calliing,to all beautiful souls I've meet and every precious moments.

Grateful beyond words❤ taken in Arunachala, Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu India by @shamayogapath
