Its a yoga retreat but the moment I saw you, my Lord Nataraja, my heart was filled with so much happiness . ✨

My love for Bharatanatyam will always live within me. No matter where my journey takes me, I will never forget my roots, devotion, grace, and divine connection that Bharatanatyam has given my soul.

Yoga ⚛️ is my healing but Bharatanatyam will always remain a beautiful part of who I am☺️

Our morning practice was led by our dearest @thetalesofyogini akka, together with my @yic23.yogainstructors squad. 🧘🏽‍♂️❤️

It was such a beautiful and meaningful practice, reminding me of how far we’ve come and how we’re all still learning, growing, and trying to keep up with our practice in our own ways.

There were struggles, laughter, little joyful moments, and most importantly, the happiness of practising together again. 🥹🙏🏽

So grateful for this path and for the practice that has been given to us. It is something we should never take for granted, but carry with gratitude and responsibility by continuing to practise, learn, and grow.

Just keep showing up. The journey continues. 👣🧘🏽‍♂️✨
