Class/training dumpity dump-some new, some old! Kobe once said, it’s actually the journey that’s the dream and I’ve truly been loving this journey of mine! I am still processing that this is what I get to do and I’m excited to keep growing! I just want to be great at it all! Which one is your favorite? 😋

A little marky mark from training the other night. I want to share more of my process/journey so here is a glimpse of what it looks like to be training in The Room. I know it doesn’t seem like much to others but I am super proud of this run through and the progress I’ve made here. And if you know anything about @kolaniemarks, you know his combos aren’t for the weak. Thank you Ko taking me under your wing and allowing me to continue to level up and grow!

My beautiful MawMaw — our angel on earth, now our angel in heaven 🤍🙏🏼

My MawMaw went to heaven two weeks ago after a beautiful 88 years of life.

You are the definition of love. I wish everyone could experience the kind of love you gave to everyone you met. An incredible mother to your biological children, adopted children, and foster children, you gave so many people a chance at a better life. You always saw the best in people and gave everyone the benefit of the doubt. You lit up every room and are beautiful inside and out. You loved to dance, shop, socialize, and cook. No cooking compares to yours! You had the kindest soul and had a way of making everyone feel seen and like family. I see so much of myself in you and hope to be half the woman you were.

If you know our family, you know how much she meant to all of us. She was our queen and the heart of our family. A grandmother, great-grandmother, and a great-great grandmother- loved by so many. I will always cherish the memories of spending time with my MawMaw in Louisiana. Her home is always filled with laughter, stories, dancing, singing, and love.

These last two weeks have been so hard on our family. I wish we had more time but I will hold the time we had with you close to my heart forever. I wish you could’ve seen me dance on TV, but I know you now have the best seat in the house. My dancing beauty queen, I will miss you so much. I know you are in heaven dancing with PawPaw, Auntie Lisha, and PJ.

Rest in paradise, MawMaw. My guardian angel forever. I love you so much. Until we meet again 🕊️🤍 by @shana.ned
