I love sponsoring this 5k every year. @carolinachildrenscharity has been a part of my life for a very long time. The past few years it’s been 80’s theme and it’s always a blast.
🏅In my age, always🤦🏼‍♂️. Mix a full moon with high tide at 9am???! Knee high water for over half but still, a beautiful run. @tomarchiojs wingman🤙🏼🎸 taken in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina by @shanedude

EPIC.
That word sums it up.
From ✈️CHS > San Antonio > Albuquerque > 🚗 > Taos > Santa Fe > Taos > Albuquerque ✈️ Home.
Seeing everything, feeling everything, being present, hiking, meeting everyone, art, music, food, salt baths…and so much more🙏🏼
Gratitude for all of it.

It’s been a great Day 1.
8.8.8 (8.26.26)

Setting the intention right and knowing it will all align as it’s supposed to. Taking some time this week to reflect and sink into this next phase. Grateful for all the support thus far. Love all. 🙏🏼

Ram Dass CHS Fellowship. It was an honor to lead some Kirtan for this wonderful group that’s growing. We meet once a month and it's a blessing to be a part of continuing his legacy.

There are times when words just simply aren't enough....
Today on Kendal's heavenly Birthday I am reminded once again that love never ends...
It simply changes form.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to an incredibly talented artist Enrique Boyd who captured in this hand drawn portrait the bond of love and joy for my daughters Katelynn and Kendal.
This portrait is so much more than a drawing, through your hands and your heart you have captured the essence of the girls...together forever, surrounded by light, peace and unconditional love. Thank you beyond these words for this immeasurable gift to our family...
Happy Birthday dear sweet Kendal...I will continue to look for both you and Katelynn in every sunrise, or sunset...every butterfly every whisper of grace and love.
Forever my daughters. Forever my love. Forever my greatest teachers....

We are so blessed with amazing community coming together to bring even richer experiences for our Closing Ceremony Celebration this Friday!

Excited to have Moochie on the handpan, William Brandt and Shane Lasby sharing mantras on the harmonium and guitar, and dance music with @sparklingcarla to end the night dancing.

This event was sold out but we just released a few more tickets.

PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!
The event starts at 7pm and there will be a structured flow of so many amazing practitioners until about 9pm when we’ll switch to dancing.

Link in bio.

Thank you to @b_overstreet @lightinsightllc @shanedude and @sparklingcarla for bringing the extra vibes!! taken in Evolve Academy of Conscious Learning by @shanedude
