She psyched me out it all day with the weakest contractions ever (LOL) and then came fast and furious into the world by water birth (my hearts desire 🥹🥹) last night at the birthing center!

I couldn’t have asked for a better birth - a better team - a better husband to stand by my side - and she’s quite literally perfect 🥹

My favorite thing was seeing Neo meet her this morning 🥹

What a blessing - God is so good ♥️

We were out on what may be our last family trip of 3 tonight when I got a text from a friend reminding me of this song (wait on you) that played on REPEAT in the a moment of my life unexpected for me - but the open door to my little miracle babies. I remember that song playing in the hospital room before my surgery, hearing the doctors tell me one half of my chances to have children would be removed from my body along with a massive cyst. Leading up to this point I had received some prophetic words about my children coming soon - and of course in the flesh - this sure looked like a plot twist to that promise from the Lord. But what I thought was a plot twist was an open door for the Lord to send me not one, but TWO little miracles. One coming any day now!

A lot of people know the story of my surgery, cyst removal, and getting pregnant with Neo very shortly after with only one ovary - seriously a miracle!

What most don’t know is the story of this little miracle. I started having the same exact symptoms / feelings of another cyst - enough to raise concern for me because the doctors told me my chances of experiencing the same thing were slim to none - and here I was, experiencing the same thing 2 years later. I went to a dwell retreat one weekend, and the speaker was calling things out for healing - she called out a cyst in the room to be healed. I watched from the sidelines as multiple people went up for cyst healings - but she called for ovarian cyst and none of them were that, so I wondered on the sidelines if it was me the Lord was waiting on.

I went up at the last minute and said “are you SURE the Lord told you ovarian cyst?” LOL

The lady said “yes He did and He wants to heal you tonight because that baby girl He promised you is coming”

Next thing you know - I’m covered with the presence of Jesus — and NEVER had another symptom of the cyst. That was end of April 2023. July of 2023 we found out we were pregnant with our little girl ♥️

God is good. I didn’t understand the process to the promises but we won’t always understand that. I think that’s when faith steps in. Tonight I sit in gratitude & hope that this can encourage someone in the waiting. ♥️ taken in Friendship Fountain by @shannonberwind

Backyard adventure days have been my favorite lately ❤️ There’s just something about a slow day and finding joy in the small things, feeling the sun on your skin, and watching the kids experience new things in the same environment! Today we painted pumpkins, explored the huge mushrooms in the backyard, hung out with the our duck friends and watered mommy’s plants! And we didn’t even have to brush our hair to do it 😆

Fall has been so busy! Thankful for the busy and the slow days with this wild little gremlins!

Such a fun night celebrating Madison turning 9 😭

@mrsb.arnold always knows how to throw a party but this one was so special! At a farm and the kids got to ride a horse for the first time! As you can tell by my high pitch voice I was so shocked and so proud they did it!!! They usually are more hesitant with big animals lol such a great night with great people — we love you Madison always always always ❤️

I’m convinced i have the sweetest little boy in the world! This room wasn’t even finished and the JOY it brought him, and recognizing the hard work mommy put in, at 4 years old 😭

The room is finished now and I can confirm he loves it just as much now as he did this first day, totally unfinished.

I pray my heart is like his, always just grateful for what’s right in front of me. I saw unfinished work, he saw the “bestest room everrrrr” ❤️

Got my @campsnapcamera in the mail literally just in time for what started out as such a crazy (and hard) morning! I think it was so timely that in the midst of the chaos, I was able to capture sweet moments throughout the day without using my phone. I found myself being more intentional with what i captured, and I also just took the picture, and put the camera down, instead of opening 17 other apps too.

I also love the imperfections of some of the pictures. The blueness, my finger in the corner, maybe not perfectly centered, or the kids not looking at the camera because I misssed it when they didn’t and couldn’t snap 17 in a row… I think there’s a sweet lesson in slowing down, opening our eyes, embracing the chaos, the “waiting” in going back later to see what pictures you took, and also being okay with everything being not so picture perfect. I think the imperfections are actually perfection ♥️

We had the absolute sweetest weekend with Framily ♥️ we got to spend so much quality time just hanging at home, got to celebrate sweet baby strom too! We miss you guys already, and knowing the next time we see you, you’ll be a family of THREE😭😭😭

Not me unintentionally dressing like a whole blueberry at a blueberry farm 🫐

This was a summer goal! Neo is just like his momma: always down for a new adventure and a fun experience! Ava is just like her daddy: she was over it within the first 5 minutes, dropped her bucket and just walked around eating berries off trees or sticking them in her ears 😆

Such a fun morning with our co op and now we’ve got blueberries for dayyyyysss 👏
